[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these headphones they're amazing when I listen to movies and especially when I'm at work because people talk to me a lot and they automatically dim and I can hear the surrounding voices while I'm still watching my movie. And they work amazingly with my phone and he Galaxy AI on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like these, used mainly for online work meeting/calls etc. They are very clear and help to reduce background noise around me while on a call. My ears are an odd size and these work loose after some time talking --> I may need to try a different size ear piece but this hasn't been a big enough issue to change yet.

They always felt great in my ear and having the ability to switch out tips is great. The touch features have been very easy to use as well as easy to learn. These are a great pair of ear buds and i highly recommended them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these..just right away the fit is adjustable and snug. I use mine at work as earplugs during the day for jet engine and prop blade noise. Noise canceling works great, not perfect but very good. Sound quality when listening to music or podcasts make me feel as if I'm live at concert. Again love them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are great for multiple uses. The noise reduction is b amazing. I especially like the way they change to ambient listening when you talk automatically. It enables you to hear ⁹a conversation by just saying something immediatly the audio switches from whatever input you have them in to ambient mic pickup. They are the only ones I know of that have this feature. It's tremendous.

I really enjoy using them for meditations, especially when they're in active noise canceling mode, because I can hear next to nothing when they're in my ears properly. A worthwhile purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my galaxy buds 2 pro for general use along with traveling and commuting. It plays every song on my Amazon music app combinded with my Galaxy S21 wonderfully that it kinda makes me not wanna go back to my wired setup. Also has been quite durable despite the um... Cosmetic damage on the case lol. Wearing them while writing this review actually, nice while watching/listening to Youtube videos. There are a few complaints, the obvious one being battery. But it's not a huge complaint despite being obvious since I only really need to charge them two to three times a day. Also whenever I try to rest my head on my pillow after a long day of work while wearing them it sort of glitches. Despite that though I've had a wonderful time using them regardless. Would reccomend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had most the models of buds from Samsung. I got them when they were first released so they were pricy. I thought I would have buyer's remorse, but I was thrilled with the purchase. You can plug them into any charger. I fried a few sets previously.

I want to like these because I use all samsung products. But since I've been using these I could not be more disappointed. Samsung has it all wrong when it comes to audio. The treble is so sharp it hurts my ears. The audio quality is worse than other earbuds that are even cheaper than these. Not worth it. I love samsung products but these are not "pro" level earbuds
