They are damaging my ears. I can't wear them for more than an hour and my ears begin to hurt. I feel as if my ear canal is swelling. I had to go about 2 weeks taking ibuprofen to reduce the swelling. I tried to wear them a second time only to have the same reaction. Please help!

They did not fit comfortably in your ear. You can easily lose them because they fall out.

I hear a static sound while using these. Almost like electrical wires shorting out. It's not a battery issue. Not a phone issue. Only happens when the earbuds are in use

They don't stay in your ears. I've watched actual videos about putting them in your ears and no matter what I do, they don't stay in. I like my old pair much better.

Sound quality and ANC is good on this device. I love the fact that this one stays and fits in my ears, as compared to the previous one (Buds Pro 1), though this one doesn't have high or low ANC settings, just direct.

Sound is perfect. I wish there was an option to focus on speakers voice when in a loud area like there is when you use the headset. Also needs to be extra ear pieces for smaller ears

I was a bit afraid they would fall out of my ear but really respect the design as these have survived many workouts since I got them! Highly recommend!

They aren't as good as the review that I read. If I didn't order them online with such a short window for returns, I would have returned them. They don't cancel noise and the sound isn't crystal clear. They don't stay in my ears.
