[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these for a while now and overall I enjoy the sound quality combined with the app. The ambient noise works great in my shared office. Just enough to hear when someone is trying to get my attention and I can touch to pause. Overall the battery life is pretty great. The only complaint is the fit. Just not comfortable and does not stay in well when working out. That may be my ears though. Everything else is great. Minus one star for fit. Need to figure out how to use Gemini galaxy ai on them still

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a really hard time making the decision to trade in my original galaxy buds that I got with the release of the galaxy S10+. They have been amazing and I used them every day. I was afraid the lack of wings on the Buds2 Pro would cause these to fall out. I was afraid they would hurt my ears. I was afraid the battery life wasn't as good All of that has been proven wrong with my experience. I have gone on multiple runs with these and they do not need adjusting nearly as much as the original buds. They are very comfortable. And the battery life is great. I love being able to now see the battery percent of the case. The ANC and Ambient Noise modes are WAY better than I could have thought. I use these when I need a quiet moment at the office or at home and a simple long-press of a bud makes everything clear like you were not wearing them at all. Way better than the ambient noise mode on the original buds. Highly recommend.

The ANC (Automatic Noise Cancelation) is top tier when I'm on a jog or near in a busy atmosphere. My phone calls are clear and the music is played with studio quality. And for the price!? You can't beat it. My ONLY cons is that although the case feels a ton better, it picks up alot more dust and residue.

Love the upgrade, definitely way better ANC and some of the new features are definitely interesting and fun to play with. When you have the voice detection it almost works to well lol. I dunno about you but I talk to myself a bit and even if I like mutter something under my breath it picks it up and turns my volume all the way down. So I almost can't even use that feature half the time. The right bud gets pushed out of my ear a bit while eating or when my jaw muscle flexs, but that might just be a me problem lol. They're still quite secure,and I love the matte finish. Overall I got a discount for pre-ordering and a discount through my work place so it was for sure a decent deal and a worthwhile upgrade for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been tried Buds Live, Buds Pro, Beats Fit Pro, Power Beats 3, etc. Buds2 Pro has the best sound quality w/ ANC, design, features, battery life, and fits. If you have a Galaxy phone, please buy Buds2 Pro or Buds series. I had Apple Beats Fit Pro before, and I had to connect manually every time when switching between S23 and my Dell laptop. Buds2 Pro connects seamlessly. It is the BEST BUDS so far!

These earbuds are ok. The sound quality could be better. On occasion the earbuds will slip from your ear, and whenever you try to adjust the earbuds the sensitive touch function will register your attempts to adjust the earbud as a touch input and either end your phone call or pause your music. It's so annoying.

Cause you can't barely hear anything from outside. And when touching the device can be a little to sensitive when touching. I usually use it with my apple IPod or my Samsung SXX ultra

I personally have had fit issues with buds of many different brands. I have had these for over a month and can say that these are some of the most comfortable I have used yet. I also have some soundcore liberty 3 pros and liberty 4s and I still have preferred these. Also using a galaxy tab and galaxy phone make these truly shine. The extra features are wonderful with the smart switch and the audio quality is great. I personally have been very happy with my purchase .

They are some of the most comfortable headphones as well. They sit in the ear but don't create too much pressure like what I have found on a lot of others. The ambient noice setting is perfect when you need to be able to listen around you while listening to music or a podcast because otherwise so much sound is blocked out. The battery life is also amazing and the case holds a good many charges for the headphones. I can go hours on a single headbud charge.
