i think these fit my ears very well right out of the box. very comfortable/soft for listening all day. the anc works well and i really like that it disables when talking. they are about the same size or slightly smaller than my original galaxy buds. very happy so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these to replace the google pixel buds pro that I had for the last few months and I have to say it is a night and day difference. I didn't realize how bad my ambient sound and noice cancellation was on other ear buds till trying the Samsung buds2 pro. The buds fit perfectly and sound amazing. Connection is also solid and never drops. But by far the best feature is the ambient sound mode sounds like I am not wearing ear buds at all so I can stay alert even with them on.

I bought the graphite pro2's when they first came out so about 2 years ago. I love them and I will gladly buy another pair of this model earbuds. The sound quality has been amazing for the last two years. This has been your best design to date in my opinion and I tried those horrible pro3's and sent them right back. I'm going to buy another pair of the pro2's because this design is so much more superior than the newest pro3 design.

The only issue is when I am using my headphones in active noise canceling I'm still able to hear the outside world.

I bought these because I was looking for an earpiece for phone calls, and they were priced similarly to the buds, so I went with them instead. The Bois quality is great for music, and for phone calls. Clear voices, and heavy bass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While these earbuds do not have any of the Galaxy AI features that the buds 3 have, they are very well performing active noise canceling earbuds. The case still solid and is well designed. I like them. I do accidentally use touch and gesture features that I don't understand. It would be nice if maybe the earbuds would audibly guide you through using those the first time you get them.

Nothing out there compares to the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. From functionality to fit, these are the best there is! I am not only a single Mom, I am also permanently disabled. So I need to be very very picky about my choices in what I purchase and from whom. I've chosen Galaxy phones over iPhones since Galaxy first came out; suffice it to say that I trust Samsung. However, I have tried other hands free, very high end name brands. The kind that almost cost the price of your soul and your child! You know what I'm talking about. They don't come close to the Buds2 Pro. The array of functions- functions that actually work- will blow your mind. And they are so easy to adjust! I adjust to whatever my current environment is. If I need complete noise cancelling, poof it's done. I have 1 child and two large dogs. It can get rather loud in my household. If I want to listen to music but still keep an ear out, poof, I can do that. They also will custom fit to your ears! I have to say, as much as I love Samsung, I was still thinking these earbuds couldn't possibly do everything they say they can do; and even if they do all of these functions, they won't be as good as.... or I'll need a degree in Astro Physics just to work them. I'm here to tell you how absolutely pleasantly and surprisingly mind blown I was (and still am) at how perfectly/easily they work

The noise cancelation from ear buds is huge. If you don't like noise cancelation you can choose to turn that off in the Samsung Wearable app. The case is super useful and allows me to go days without charging it.
