It's easy to connect with your phone and also to use when making phone calls. Battery life is long lasting and the charging case is also great.

I love the feel of my buds2 pro but the Ambient noise and Noise Cancellation features need some serious upgrades before I will be satisfied with them. The buds themselves battery life is also shorter than I am used to but the case longevity is nice. Overall I would give them like a 3.5 stars.

Even after trying and testing dozens of other brands, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro not only look and feel amazing, but most importantly sound beautiful. Some of the best features are the ease with connecting them to my Galaxy phone, the seamless voice detect setting, and of course the all around great sound quality. Whether I'm at the gym or walking around my college campus, the Galaxy Buds block out all the noise with great noise canceling, while still giving my great quality for my favorite songs! Not to mention they're comfortable to wear for hours on end. Overall these are some of the best buds available and at such a great price 10 out of 10

At first I was a bit skeptical but then I tried them out in store. What can I say it was love at first sight. The sound was great, the fitment was great. Everything was just great about them. From start to finish they're perfect. Sleek design neatly fits into your pocket for everyday carry. Top of the line products and if you are ever caught in a moment between headphones just know that with Samsung you will never be disappointed!!

The sound is amazing and the noise cancelation makes them perfect for using when mowing the lawn or on public transportation etc. They are so comfortable and the ability to pause by tapping is so convenient. I also love how amazing the new Galaxy AI features integrate with these without the need to upgrade (although I do plan to upgrade in the future because it can only get better from here!) Samsung has been my favorite mobile brand for over a decade and continue to make stellar products. Well done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Buds2 Pro every day. For commuting, for studying, listening to music, and streaming. I love them. Their ANC is very flexible, along with comprehensive adjustable settings. There's one problem. The fit. I've tried many eartips, but I can't seem to get a solid fit. The fit is okay, but at some point, they'll wiggle out of my ears with certain movements, like bending down or turning my head from side to side. It's a little annoying, but it doesn't stop me from using them. I hope the successor will fix that problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to buy new new ear tips, those that came with the buds are cheap. The buds wouldn't stay in my ears. But after new ones they stay put. The sound quality was always great, the issue are the cheap tips.

The case does not stay closed when I drop it and the ear buds go flying everywhere. The noise canceling has a high pitch sound that bothers me and because of that I do not use the feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the first pair of earbuds I've purchased for myself, and I'm glad I can say I DO NOT regret it The start up and first time connection to my phone were magical experiences, and it carried over to testing out the Noise Cancellation and Ambient Sound. Those features are magical and mind blowing, especially the way Noise Cancellation can mute background noise. I have not turned 360 Audio off, and the earbuds have yet to fall out of my ears, or even shuffle loose. I will say, however, that I wish they were easier to track on SmartThings, as the map only shows when they were used last, not their current location. I also wish there was a way to purchase just the basic eartips that the earbuds come with, as I broke my middle sized one midst trying on the other sizes. All in all, these earbuds are magical little devices that I would definitely purchase again or recommend anyone else purchase.
