[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Earbuds Pro 2 from Samsung undoubtedly deliver a stellar audio experience, boasting rich sound quality and an immersive listening experience. The sleek design, comfortable fit, and advanced features make them a strong contender in the wireless earbuds market. However, there is one significant drawback that cannot be overlooked—the placement of the touch panels. While the touch-sensitive controls are intended to enhance user experience, their current placement on the earbuds proves to be a source of frustration. Accidental touches are all too common, leading to unintended interruptions in playback, volume adjustments, and even calls. This issue detracts from an otherwise seamless and enjoyable experience.

There's more cons than pros when it comes to these pros2. First and foremost they fall out of my ear so often, whether it's exercising or relaxing in bed, I'm lucky enough to notice them popping out and not lose them. I've tried cleaning them and my ear, obviously, and even changing the ear tips to the biggest available and still pops out. Second the magnets aren't strong enough to make sure the buds make good contact with the case to get charged. Third I still wish the case itself was trackable if the buds are in, so if you lose it you aren't SOL. Finally noise canceling sucks doesn't work too well. All that being said I do like the voice detect feature and the size of the case. If you have the galaxy buds plus hold on to them! Those are literally the best buds that samsung has made in my opinion and I miss them. Love the small pill shape case, glossy finish, the winged ear piece especially! Never had a problem with falling out and noise canceling actually worked! Please samsung at least use winged ear pieces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the original galaxy buds but upgraded to these because of the great promotion when they first came out. The sound quality is great and they are much more comfortable than the previous buds. The only improvements that I wish were made were that these were a bit more friendly for smaller ears (even with the smallest tips these are still a bit big for me and my ears will push them out) and longer battery life. Also, I do like that you can change the noise canceling modes with the buds but wish you could turn it off with the buds as well and not just in the app. I accidentally cut it on and have to go in the app to cut it off all the time.

Only problem I have is when go for a run they starr to fall out, no matter what tip I use i have the same problem. Very minor issue but overall I will continue to use them. I also have the original galaxy buds

love these earbuds, I have used them almost everyday since I got them a little over a year ago. it's just now the right earbud is giving out its not as loud as it used to be even after cleaning and it also just started rattling when I'm listening to music.

They have a nice glossy light purple color and are quick to charge regularly or wirelessly and they hold a charge for a very long time. They sound phenomenal and also have many features im a huge fan of!! Can't wait to upgrade to the new galaxy bud 3 pro to see what's in store

The 360 audio is just brilliant and voice cancellation just takes me to another world. Loved the buds and would highly recommend for those who are adventurous and active all day long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these headphones for everything working,studying, flying, working out, these headphones fit any and every situation where I need to block out the world and with the ambient mode if I wanted to listen over my music or videos I can. And I never had the 3d surround sound before it just changes the whole music listening experience just by Turing my head

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the sound quality of these buds. I use them mainly for listening to music and phone calls, and they work very well for both! The noise cancelling is great for noisy environments. With the official "wear" app on my Samsung phone, I am also able to turn on bass boost through the equalizer, and enable "labs" settings that let me double tap the earbud to change volume up and down. There are other useful features as well to adjust through the app. I only took one stsr off because of the case. I have the purple buds, and it has a soft, velvety rubber coating on the plastic case that scratched very easily. I have accidentally gouged it with my fingernail. Currently I have a secondary case over the top of the charging case to protect it from further damage. It is just an aesthetic issue, and doesn't in any way change functionality of the earbuds.
