[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've probably gone through 3 or 4 of those headphone dongle from cheap to expensive versions of them and they ways end up breaking, I've gone through 2 Bluetooth headphone and they always disconnect or don't Sync up properly. Listen, just buy the galaxy buds and don't waste you time and money. They work amazing right out of the box because they are literally designed to work perfectly with your Samsung devices, I love how if im using 2 Samsung devices and I open my buds up the notifications will pop up on both devices and I can just 1 tap sync them to the device I want. With my old headphone I have to go into my Bluetooth settings mess around trying to disconnect and reconnect the headphone to the right device, Never realize how annoying this is into you have to do it two one three times a day.

And I never had the 3d surround sound before it just changes the whole music listening experience just by Turing my head

Had these a few months. Started using right away and noticed itching in my ears. The next morning my ears felt damp. I thought maybe it was related to a recent sinus infection. I discontinued use for a couple weeks to ensure that there wasn't an ear infection. The next use I experienced burning within minutes of putting in the ear buds. I took them out and immediately noticed a clear discharge and itching. After some internet research I tried new ear tips, alas no change. The next time was my last attempt to make these work for me. Even with the new ear tips my ears started itching, burning, blistering, and weeping clear liquid. I am seeking a refund as apparently this is a known issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ear buds have great sound, everything I wanted in active wear buds. Then all of a sudden the case stopped charging and won't hold charge. The only way to charge buds is to have buds in case and connected to samsung charged. Almost pointless to have them now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Galaxy Buds 2 Pro for several years now and I could not be more impressed by these little magic buds. I use them 7 days a week at the gym and intermittently for phone calls around town when I don't want to hold my phone to my head. For starters, let me start off by saying I accidentally ran these through the washing machine once... I thought for sure they were ruined. I let them dry out for a day and tried to use them and just just screeched in my ear and would not charge. They then sat on my desk for about a month, and I tried them again, and to my surprise they sounded brand new! No weird noises, no dead spots, they just worked. If you're looking for great headphones that pack a punch and won't break the bank, these are for you! I'm now trading them for the new Buds 3 Pro, but only because I love shiny new things.

On a plus note they survived a trip through the washing machine when left in pants pocket. Highly recommend!

Bought those on April. It starting to give me ear irritation, I thought it was temporary symptoms but it continues to happen as I used. So, I contacted Samsung and sent buds 2 pro to them and also sent the picture of both of my ears where you can see clearly infected and swollen l. But, they rejected claim only because I didn't see doctor with my symptoms....

I love how they don't hurt your ears like others are small and light Weight. I been having them for almost a year in July since I did get them for my birthday. I even use them when I'm gaming because I lost my gaming headset when I went on a trip. If your partner sibling parents guardian evt is looking for a nice pair of buds. Please try them out you won't regret them. Also there's a lot of color options I have the purple ones and I get compliments om the daily
