They are just perfect

Amazing sound!

Not a secure fit

I like the quality of the sound but why did they change the shape so much. I traded the Pro plus. These I have to constantly push back in my ear. I keep hanging up the phone trying to keep them from falling out. My old Samsung ones fit prefect.

This device should have come with additional silicone ear tips in a few different sizes to help with the fit. You can perform a fit test while wearing the buds and connected to your device, in the Samsung Wearables App. We also have available on our website conform foam ear tips that can help you with the fit as well. Works great with all my Samsung devices.

Best Buds I've ever had

Great sound quality, poor physical quality

Best Noise Cancelling Headphones
