The noise canceling features are made apparent when running near busy roads, it completely silences vehicles even when playing music at a low volume. I enjoy how long the buds last before needing to charge them, a can go several days before my case has been completely drained of battery. The buds don't fall out and the sleek profile and easy touch controls make the buds my go to listening device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They work great for what they're made for. Great sound quality but a little lacking on the bass, and the volume isn't as loud as most others. ANC and Ambient Sound are really really nice to have and work well most of the time, even when working in loud environments like a metal shop as a job.

these felt amazing when i first put them in my ear. they stay in really well and had no problem of them falling off. i had many issues where the buds pro 1 falls off on their own to the point i have to readjust them on my own for every 10 mins or so. sounds are the best of the best.

But they had same quality of sound and speaker, better noise canceling and comfortable fit. Perfect design and great features make this device perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: I like that the batteries for both the case and buds last a long time. The ambiet and active noise cancelling work well. Cons: you still have wind noise on a bike, motorcycle or windy day. I've adjusted the soft tips several times, yet the buds still fall out occasionally. I don't dare where them while riding my motorcycle since I already lost one riding on the highway. Overall, I love my buds and recently orderd the new buds with Galaxy AI. Waiting for them to be delivered soon.

I have been using the buds for about 3 ½ months to 4 months and they have been very good. The sound quality - amazing overall, but I would like to have deeper bass and an ability to tinker with the sound profile more specifically. The build quality/comfort - very good build quality, the case is very sturdy and a good upgrade over the previous gen. The earbuds them self look good and fit fairly well and don't fall out or budge any. The case fits in any pocket and is a great size. The battery life - very good battery life in the buds, I wish I could charge the buds at least 2 more times but the cases battery is very good either way. The design - best looking earbuds and case, very ergonomic and also has a good looking app. The navigation and gestures - the navigation through the app is definitely best in class and the touch controls on the ear buds are very good, I would just like a better way to turn up and turn down the music or it to be more reliable. The features - very feature packed ear buds, I do not use the voice detect option very often because I don't have the need but a very cool feature and I'm sure it is great for multiple uses. The 360 audio is a game changer and makes the music sound so much better than standard. It sounds especially for movies and videos, and it just crazy good for music. The noise canceling and ambient mode are very good and work great for me. Conclusion - Great overall earbuds!!!!!

With their small size they are more prone to get lost if you drop them in grass or other dense/thick areas. Outside of that they have good features and the new case material feels good in the hands.

Second buds pro I picked up, the case charges briefly but haven't confirmed if it'll do a full charge from 0. Many complaints on forums about the charging case not wireless charging. Other than that the buds itself is fine.

Automatically launching Ambient Sound when your voice is detected, being able to amplify Ambient Sound & also having Ambient Sound active when on a phone call are ALL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2. Being ABLE TO FINALLY locate Buds that's inside the case even if you don't have them connected to your phone by listening for the case to make the chirping sound. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯💯💯 3. You can FINALLY have noise cancelation and can tell when it's on cause it sounds like you go deaf.
