galaxybuds2pro has the worst range i've ever experienced, and come back within range, the audio distortion doesn't go away, forcing me to disconnect and reconnect the earbuds. the galaxybuds2pro does not seamlessly and automatically connect to my galaxy s21. the galaxybuds2pro are uncomfortable and keep sliding out of my ear because none of the provided silicone pieces fit properly or are strong enough to properly suction in my ear to stay in place. i made a huge mistake purchasing these headphones. these will be the very last samsung earbuds i purchase. i'm stuck with headphones that are uncomfortable and annoying and i wish i could get my money back. please don't make the same mistake that i did. get something else.

While these have the best audio quality that I've heard so far, they don't stay in my ears very well. Even the older Samsung Buds Live (with the bean design which nobody liked) stayed in my ears longer than these. The bass is super impressive however and I find myself using these more and more because of the ease of use in switching between my multiple systems (phone, tablet, laptop, handheld gaming computer and desktop computer). I've tried the various tip sizes that these come with, and they still slip out of my ears for some reason.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a design it is not too bad but as a fit it's not the best if you are an active person the buds fall off too easy from your ears and you have to constantly keep adjusting them, another thing is if you loose the case its no so easy to find it on the find me up but over all I love how small they are and they don't take too much space.

It's so easy to open and connect to my phone sits very nicely in my ears. I had the original galaxy buds but while using the new ones, I've noticed a massive improvement on sound quality and user experience. Although I would like it even more if Samsung were to push a little more base into the subwoofer.

Awesome on airplane for noise cancelling, and never loosen during extended workouts. I highly recommend the upgrade (the trade-in program helps with the decision of course).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro's are the best earbuds I've tried, especially out of Samsung's own lineup. They are comfortable and easy to wear for long periods of time and don't hurt the inside of the ear after long listening sessions. I mainly use them at work and the ambient mode really shines when I'm using them because it allows me to keep both earbuds in and still be aware of my surroundings and coworkers. The battery life is another great feature that really helps out at work since I don't have to take them out to charge at any point during my shift. Although even if I did have to charge them, the quick charge feature really comes in clutch if I ever have a longer day where I need to use them longer than usual. The case is compact and looks great and has wireless charging. The wireless charging is probably my favorite feature of these buds just due to how convenient it is. It also keeps you from wearing the USB C port out as an added bonus.

Maybe my ears are shaped funny but I have trouble keeping many earbuds in my ear but these are an excellent improvement. The greatest thing about these are the noise canceling feature, which practically eliminates most all of this outside and just makes listening to music so much more enjoyable. And then with the ambient noise I can hear most outside noises when I need do yet I don't lose any sound quality which was truly surprising. Battery life is amazing and the case hold a good charge for them too. Combining them with my Galaxy watch and the Samsung wearable app making keeps an eye on the battery life and changing settings nice and easy too.

Ambient modes and active noise canceling are great as well. They have very great battery life also. I personally think the Airpods Pro are the absolute best earbuds I've ever used but these are definitely a very close second place.
