Nice but could be better

I like the look and feel of the buds but the controls need work. Volume sliders would be great as the current feature in labs just doesn't work consistently. I like the red light green light approach for charging. The case is nice but a little hard to open. Battery life could be better ANC and Transparency mode work good

Great noise cancellation!!

This is a great product. I’ve used these after using the Beats Studio buds +, and the Galaxy Buds pro are a huge upgrade. The call quality is better and the sound quality is way better !! I love the noise cancellation while I’m at the gym .. they fit in my ears well too, with the medium tips.

decent, but could use some improvements

i decided to buy the buds for their ability to translate conversations. what samsung doesn't clearly advertise is that 1) this only works on some galaxy phones, and 2) most importantly, translation only works on an active call. from the advert, it seemed like you can just put the buds in, and hear people around you who talk in their native language, for exemple if you're traveling. also, i feel like my previous buds pro fit better. lastly, if im paying you money for something, let me decide how loud i want the volume.

The noise cancelling feature works great. It is easy to turn off the noise cancelling when desired. The buds are comfortable and stay in place while walking or exercising. The pause, fast forward, and "rewind" features are handy when listening to audio books. They perform as described.

The Buds 2 Pro are quite simply the best ear buds I've ever owned. Don't bother if you have small ears

Im sending them back, they aren't meant to fit smaller ears and don't have much in the way for sound customizations. Also they got dirty the second they fell on carpet, if your going to get these pick any other color than white. I got white because that was all that was available ar the time.

Good but not perfect

I previously used the first generation Buds and they were super comfortable to fit in the ear, but these feel like they will easily fall out of the ear. The plastics for the earpiece seem to be hard and the ear hurts after using them for a while. The microphones and noise cancellation are excellent.

Overall I like these, but I like the fit of the original Pro Buds better. The sound quality though is amazing which I really like. Overall I like them and happy with my purchase. I think I finally got the ear tips figured out that make them fit better but from the Pro Buds to these I couldn't use the same ones.

These are definitely the best wireless earbuds I've owned so far. They're small, but have a snug fit in my ears without being uncomfortable. The charging case is also extremely small which is convenient to carry around in my pocket. They have plenty of battery life and are easy to operate.

Love these so why not 5 stars? The ambient feature is great for safety around you. While jogging you can still enjoy your music while staying alert to people around you, cars if they are approaching etc AWESOME feature but at a cost. After turning this feature on, the buds only lasted me about 2 hours. I recharged and the same, 2.5 hours. So If I was on a long flight and turned on the other feature, noise canceling, that means I would only have my pods for 25% of the flight? NOT SATISFIED AT ALL WITH THIS. I am forced to use wired noise canceling headphones.
