My only complaint is the feature that turns my music down while someone starts talking to me. But it's a good feature to have. But the biggest feature they have for me is the active noise canceling. As a father of 3, the house can get loud at times. And especially post covid, times can be hard. They help my drown out the noise and keep me level. I'm still able to parent and all but they help me keep the loudness to an acceptable level.

They could have been dropped in shiping or any myriad of reasons but for the price. All the features and the autio quality put them at a very high rating for me.

They'd fall out if I talked too much with them or turned my head often, like with driving. These have been the best ones by far for me. The sound is clear, they stay put, and the battery life has been pretty outstanding.

It seems more and more now a days ear buds can sound great but you have to almost max out your volume to achieve that. I have been impressed with how well the sound and performance is at a fraction of the volume. Typically no higher than halfway. Also, the comfort is phenomenal, once you get the right fit you can stick them I'm and forget about them. They don't fall out they have not hurt my ears (which can be sensitive).

Although there are an incredible number of good things about the galaxy buds, my favorite of them all is the noise cancelling. No matter where I am, I know I won't be bothered by the sound. I use them at home and at work. I work at a very noisy environment, and even though I would not be able to hear even my own thoughts. The noise was no longer a concern after I started using the Galaxy Buds.
