Pre-order the first set at connection problems going in and out finally got them replaced after a month and the same thing is happening it goes s in and out sometimes it goes high volume low volume people can't hear me on the other end of call Samsung's price are just getting more expensive in the quality is going down 👎

Nothing out there compares to the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. From functionality to fit, these are the best there is! I am not only a single Mom, I am also permanently disabled. So I need to be very very picky about my choices in what I purchase and from whom. I've chosen Galaxy phones over iPhones since Galaxy first came out; suffice it to say that I trust Samsung. However, I have tried other hands free, very high end name brands. The kind that almost cost the price of your soul and your child! You know what I'm talking about. They don't come close to the Buds2 Pro. The array of functions- functions that actually work- will blow your mind. And they are so easy to adjust! I adjust to whatever my current environment is. If I need complete noise cancelling, poof it's done. I have 1 child and two large dogs. It can get rather loud in my household. If I want to listen to music but still keep an ear out, poof, I can do that. They also will custom fit to your ears! I have to say, as much as I love Samsung, I was still thinking these earbuds couldn't possibly do everything they say they can do; and even if they do all of these functions, they won't be as good as.... or I'll need a degree in Astro Physics just to work them. I'm here to tell you how absolutely pleasantly and surprisingly mind blown I was (and still am) at how perfectly/easily they work

I am happy using these earbuds for last few months for office calls. They also sound great with playing music and movies. Love these pairs and happy for features available that pairs with my Note 22 ultra phone. Good work Samsung. Can't wait to buy next generation earbuds when they are released.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung really knocked it out of the park with the relase of the Buds2 Pro. One may not think so but coming from the Buds2, the Buds2 Pro is clearly a much needed and appreciated upgrade. With the best sound I've experienced in a pair of Android earbuds, much less, Samsung earbuds, and with features ranging from 5hebnew voice detect, to the improved nocided cancelation and ambient mode, these buds do not dissappiont. Originally I thought the lack of being able to choose the level of the ambient sound would be a problem, but in my experience it's done a great job adjusting it based in the surrounding noise. Howeverz even the best products have flaws; although the fit is much bettwr than its predecessor, the Galaxy Buds2, I find that the right earbud, doesnt fit as snug as the left does, which, thankfully, isn't a big problem. Overall these are great earbuds, great for both heavy use and casual use, and they perform wonderful when I'm at school in the busy hallways(with the noise cancelation activated of course). I also love the new matte finish compared to its glossy predecessor. These are definitely earbuds I'll keep for a long time. Good Job Samsung.

Super comfy, excellent quality, the sound quality is INSANE!!!! I almost forget I have them on sometimes that's how comfortable they are.

The bass hots just right. The treble is just right and the mids do not overpower. The Noise canceling is amazing and thebpassive mode is also amazing. These buds are super comfortable in the ear. They last long with battery and are just a truly amazing pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is truly worth the buy, it has great sound quality and gives you the ability to hear the sounds around you that way you can hear ehats going on for safety or so if you're around people you need to hear still (cool feature, you can turn it on or off). It includes finding your ear buds when lost, but I find it also good to to play a song on loud just in case. These ear buds are great for being discreet and last hours! I love that I'm able to swap them once they run low to last longer. The case will charge them many times before having to recharge the case. I find it useful to charge even faster connecting case to the cable (when in a rush). They can pick up sound around you, like when driving or chewing but that's understandable since they are buds that need to pick up your voice. I didn't really get many complaints on exterior noise other that those moments. Also if you feel the ear buds slipping out make sure you swap the gummy that suctions into your ear... my ear holes were too small so I had to put one that fit (they give you extras so don't worry) Most of all I like their design, sleek and awesome! I'm happy with them!
