For context I run a lot, and I have a teach job. I've hopped from brand to brand finding the perfect everyday ear buds, and I ended up here. The best earbuds no matter who you are. I've never found Headphones that have such a perfect fit, it was an extremely pleasant surprise that these fit so perfectly almost like they were custom made. Not once had they fallen off on my extensive runs. At home too, I have a loud family, someone is always cooking, playing the drums, or the trombones. The noise canceling on these drowned out all of that noise. This is the first noise canceling that works. I even bought a second pair for my daughter. These are great for working at working from at home. It was highly customizable through the app. Best headphones I've ever had 10/10 would reccomend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TLDR: Buy these because they are good Long(ish) version: Samsung has been struggling to replicate the perfection of their first model of earbuds, with mistake after mistake until these. The biggest problem with the other models proceeding the first was fit. None of them could reliably stay in my ears, and a lot of other people were having this problem. The first model would stay in your ears no matter what. Comfort and Fit, 9/10: Out of many of the earbuds that I have tried (a good few) you will forget these are in your ears, that is, after long periods of wearing them my ears dont hurt at all. The fit is also perfect, they dont sacrifice comfort for fit, and they balance the two perfectly. These earbuds are the first in a long time to not fall out from just sitting still. I can ride a bike or shake my head not fear losing my buds. The only problem is that sometimes they get a bit love, but a simple readjustment takes less than a second. 9/10 Sound and Sound Cancelling, 10/10: I'm not an audiophile or whatever it's called, but these sound just as good as other flagship competitors. The sound cancelling is also extremely good. Finally Samsung managed to produce a quality earbud, it's been a while.

Majority of the time when I'm at work on break, I catch myself a good movie to stream wish makes my flix more enjoyable. My calls and hands free are a bliss with the ambient sound feature. The downside of these buds is the design and fit. They don't stay in your ear canal, the ear plugs aren't big enough so they don't fit snug. If your chewing gum or eating sometimes in mid conversation they tend to slide out and I'm always have to prepare to catch them, or sometimes my hands are full and I can't react in time. If there was a larger plugs it could help.

I use my Buds at work; when I'm using my phone then suddenly need to be on a Zoom call I use my laptop & just turning on the Bluetooth and they're connected instantly. No looking and searching for device and entering passcodes. I open the case click on my Buds and I'm ready for the call effortlessly.

I just bought them 2 days ago and wore them to work on the production floor. The noise canceling function doesn't work, I had to turn up the volume all the way up to hear my music compared to the cheapest Sony wireless I could put the volume on medium and could be next to a belt sander and not miss a lyric. The touch pause button only worked about 1/3 of the time and they don't have the option to skip songs by multi tapping the buds. The quality is nowhere near the price.

The ambient sound settings work great, I can hear surrounding sounds, when I want to. On the other side of this, the noise cancelling works great as well! I use these while mowing the lawn, and I can hear my music with no issues. They also charge extremely quickly, so if I run the battery down, it doesn't take long to recharge to start using them again.

Even if your in the middle of interacting with Galaxy AI, the call will come through. The sound of the music is intricate. It will also cancel all the sounds so you can concentrate.

One of the features that moved me to buy the Buds 2 was the search and locate feature in case they are lost. I lost the right one yesterday while walking. I was hoping to find them using the locate feature but it failed miserably. I tried it several times and gave up realizing the feature does not perform as I expected. I love Samsung products and have been loyal to them. currently own a chrome book, tablet, phone, watch and ear buds all from Samsung. Based on losing and being unable to locate the right ear bad, i may be looking at the competition in the future and certainly will not replace the ear buds with samsung galaxy buds.
