At first I was skeptical whether this device was of good quality which I was quickly assured of when I first put them on. The comfort was incredible like I didn't even have the earbuds on, the sound was amazing and so was the bass. The amount of settings and customizations amazed me as I spent hours going through different settings to adjust to my preferences. The earbuds also came with many tip sizes for different ears. The battery on the earbuds are said to be around 8 hours but one has lasted me over 10 hours at a time. They charge extremely fast which surprised me. The case too recharges extremely fast. The reliability of these earbuds also include great durability and have a great fit. Would recommend for everyone looking for a long lasting good quality earbuds.

From the balanced sound to the transparency mode that let's me listen to music while in class . The surround sound is pretty good and battery life is alright for my music and gaming usage.

The only thing I would say is that the right ear buds slip out of the ear from time to time, but I believe that has to do with the different shapes of each ear. Overall, it's a dependable product.

They're soft and don't feel like you're wearing ear buds at all. The only issue I have is that they fall out sometimes but that may be my own problem. Other than that, I love them!

While most other buds I've used fall out of my ears, battery dies too fast, way to hard to figure out how to even sync them but with these buds if never had any of these issues.

Whether I am just listening to music while working or doing errands, having phone conversations, taking meetings from my phone or just needs some noise cancelling quietness. The buds produce good sound and range, and get loud enough to hurt. The problem is comfort, which seems important for this product. Long term wear can be painful, there is a microphone screen on the inside of the bud that butts right up against your ear. Whith long term wear this screen rubs and irrates my ear. I really wish the buds went deeper in my ear, half the time they feel like they are just barely hanging into my ear.

Also, the ambient sound goes back and forth activating itself. Other than that, the sound quality is excellent. I do plan to purchase the new Galaxy AI phone.
