[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is very good, however fit was absolutely horrible. Especially when I work out, it came off my ear and I dropped them multiple times. Even when I was smiling or talking, was very hard to keep it in my ear.

Packed with a plethora of features, these earbuds are designed to provide an exceptional audio features. However, one area where the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro could improve is call quality in adverse weather conditions. During windy or rainy weather, the call quality can deteriorate, making it difficult to hear and be heard clearly. This is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall stellar performance of these earbuds in other aspects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy Budz2 Pro for work mostly, its actually a really great set of headphones. I can hear people clearly and they can hear me. It does sometimes have like a static like noice when my hair touches it but I brush the hair away and its back to normal. I also had an issue when I lost them for about a month and couldnt find them. The find my buds only works when its connected to your phone, which is only when you are using them so I couldn't find them for a while. I cried when i found them because I sincerely missed them. The sound is crisp and you genuinely have a great experience listening to music. I also may or may not use them to drown out the children when they are yelling at each other in the car.

They sound great, and I absolutely love the features such as the ambient sound feature, so I can hear oncoming traffic on the street. Setup is very simple and quick! I do experience the rare occasional Bluetooth dropout but it happens rarely. These are my second pair of Galaxy buds, and I'll continue to stay with the brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never been disappointed in a samsung product ever. These have a problem staying connected. They do not stay in anyone's ear canals. Definitely can not hike with them, do not think about excercising with them. I lost them so many times because they fell out of my ear canal just sitting at my desk. They do not stay charged. The battery life is worse than they state it should be. I have bought a 20 dollar pair of earbuds that last 9 hours at a time. Case is charged for 3 days of 9 hours of use. I spent way too much money to be so disappointed they are just sitting in the junk drawer. :(

A definite improvement in terms of sound quality from buds pro (which were also great). The controls are easy to use on the headphones and are very responsive to touch. I just wish that Samsung would design something that fits the ear a bit better. The shape and the tips still are not ideal for brisk walks and runs. At least not always.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these ear buds. Now truth be told one never tried the more expensive ones so I can't compare. The battery life is fantastic. They fit perfectly. I was really upset 2 days ago when I thought I lost them. I had taken them out after leaving the gym and didn't put them back in their case. They must have fallen out of my hoodie pocket. Today as I was leaving I looked down and 1 was laying in the dirt in my unpaved driveway. I backed my car up and the other one was under where my tire was. I popped them both back in the case thinking they were dead and gone. I live in CT and it's cold and we had snow showers. They immediately connected and after wiping them clean put them in my ears and they worked perfectly. I would buy them again in a heartbeat.

The noise canceling makes it easy to focus on what I'm doing and not get distracted. If someone walks in the voice pass through is great for carrying on a conversation! Highly recommend.

I've used cheaper ones in the past but when I got my s21 ultra I purchase these along with it . After pairing quickly to my phone I was good to go. The noise canceling feature alone makes these worth it. Incredibly well made and very light. Not bulky or cumbersome like other brands. The sound is wonderful as well with good base and nice treble. I have had them for 2 years now and they have given me zero issues. I love how quickly they charge and how long they keep they charge. I highly recommend these. They're my buds.
