The sound is always crisp and clear and I've had no latency issues whatsoever. I will say my only issue comes with the ambient sound quality, it is a bit quieter than I'd like but still good.

I've always had a problem with earbuds that don't have wings or hooks. The ambient sound feature is good and I like the option to be able to amplify it in the app.

very good earbuds, the fit and anc is much better than the pros. below are my pros and cons: pros very good anc pretty comfortable, not as comfortable as my old galaxy buds plus but far better than the galaxy buds pro (for me). the pro's continually fell out, especially on the left side and i ended up having to return them due to causing a sore on my earlobe. good sound quality, i'm no expert but they sound pretty good for me, better than the galaxy buds plus and galaxy buds pro. i personally like the flat coloring, i got the graphite ones. cons the price, they're expensive. no longer allows amplified ambient sound. i really loved that feature on my pros and on the buds plus and it needs to be brought back for the buds2 pro.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Buds every single day and I'm not exaggerating about this. I have barely any complaints about the product. They work excellent, fit remarkably in my ears and pair seamlessly with my Galaxy. I love the sound and really enjoy my experience with it. The Buds app is great. Touch controls are fairly reliable. Now being nitpicky but I don't like how the touch controls can be extra sensitive (they activate if you lay on your side or if you brush them accidentally) and that there is no way to turn touch controls off using just the earbuds. You have to go into the Buds app which is fine, I have the widget which works, but just a minor inconvenience. The case is also somewhat sensitive to scratches --- if you put it in your pockets with keys expect to see scratches. Overall stellar product that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I can hear everything around me while listening to my podcast. And the noise canceling feature works great when I cut the grass. Highly recommend them.

Would like to see the battery life last a while longer dosen't take long for them to die and need to be charged but overall a great product. Love the noise canceling feature and ambient sounds. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been tried Buds Live, Buds Pro, Beats Fit Pro, Power Beats 3, etc. Buds2 Pro has the best sound quality w/ ANC, design, features, battery life, and fits. If you have a Galaxy phone, please buy Buds2 Pro or Buds series. I had Apple Beats Fit Pro before, and I had to connect manually every time when switching between S23 and my Dell laptop. Buds2 Pro connects seamlessly. It is the BEST BUDS so far!

It improves my experiences as i use my earbuds also for movies, steaming music and daily exercises, i enjoy my buds 2 pro, and linking it to my s23 ultra makes the transition from device to the other easy and smooth.
