The portable case is small and compact to squeeze into smallest bags and purses. The buds fit perfectly in both ears and extremely comfortable. They don’t fall out the ear with movement and fit snug with multiple size options for ear tips. The sound is great as well!! Would definitely recommend!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this ear buds almost everyday for calls, conference listening to music, watching videos and music bud for some reason it will not stay on and keeps falling so I have to keep pushing it in my ear no matter what size I use. That being said I still like it. I am satisfied with the sound quality specially when I am using it for work.

I've had these for nearly a year. Fantastic sound quality, touch interface, and noise-cancelling effects. The case and buds feel great as well, with a grippy texture. That is, until the rubberized coding on the outside became to deteriorate after about 7 months of regular use. I take great case of the case and buds, but the coding is now a sticky, grayed residue. I can scratch it off. It's stickiness is now a major concern, given this was less than a year of use. I am hoping to have them replaced...

They fit good and noise cancelation really works well! Purple is such a pretty color too! I use them daily during calls or hearing music while doing daily chores. My kids also have their own earbuds. The best earbuds hands down!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds pro 2 to hear music, hear voice on calls, hear gameplay music for high graphic games etc. The sound quality is very good and the touch controls work much better compared to buds live. The 360 surround feature is pretty accurate and good battery. The fit needs to be better and the noise cancelation is not upto satisfaction.

The noise cancelling, fit, and ambient sound are top notch as well. Only downgrade was battery life but I haven't yet run into a situation where it is too short for me.

I still own 5 different earbuds including brands like Sony, ultimate ear, Samsung and AKG. They are really great devices. Somehow I always carry my galaxy buds 2 pro for last year and half. They are more comfortable than anything else I've tried or used before. They are the right fit for my ears and they don't fall out after heavy use. They have lot of futures which makes my usage really easy and effortless. 1. Wireless charging, 2. Noise cancelling it top notch 3. Battery life is pretty good (5hrs of continuous use) with noise cancelling feature on 4. Packaging, 5. Sound. 6. Calls are clear and crisp SOUND: it's really adjustable. It's on the bassy side, you can get it right where you want it. The high frequencies are really pleasing and not hurtful to your ears. I give it 4.5 out of 5. PACKAGING: small, neat and "good to touch" material that covers the case and earbuds. My only concern is because the case is compact and small, also the earbuds are tiny, are easy to get them lost Good feature is, the app allows to locate the lost earbud with a high frequency sound to locate it. BATTERY: it's really good and it's holding up to the task. It hasn't lost much of it's capacity to hold juice. Wireless charging works really well. Calls are clear and crisp, never had anyone complained about the quality of the call.
