I bought this in June 2024 but now I'm regretting on my decision of purchasing this. While on call or video call it suddenly gets disconnected and then connected so it is disturbing in the middle of the call. Also it gets loosen after sometime and falls off the ear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy Buds2 pro are great, most of the time. Dometimes there are connectivity issues, and sometimes the bass doesn't hit how i want it to. But overall a great product and I'm excited to try out the 3 next.

Matte texture, light weight, magnetic attraction inside to prevent the earphone from falling off Fall. After wearing the earphone, I feel much more comfortable than the previous generations, and the original ears are negative. The burden is very heavy, and this generation is stable without any dislocation. Because it's a collaboration between Samsung and AKG, the sound quality is as good as before. In terms of noise reduction, there is still high-frequency noise, and the reduction of airpods pro The signal-to-noise ratio still needs to be improved. It's been 4 or 5 years since the last Samsung headset. Upgrade or pre-upgrade? The period is almost the same, the sound quality is good and improved, but there are still some old problems. At. At the beginning of today, the battery of the earphone is 100%, and the battery of the earphone box is 30%, after one day's use, the power of the headset has not changed, and the charging box is 7%. There's more cons than pros when it comes to these pros2. First and foremost they fall out of my ear so often, whether it's exercising or relaxing in bed, I'm lucky enough to notice them popping out and not lose them. I've tried cleaning them and my ear, obviously, and even changing the ear tips to the biggest available and still pops out. Second the magnets aren't strong enough to make sure the buds make good contact with the case to get charged. Third I still wish the case itself was trackable if the buds are in, so if you lose it you aren't SOL. Finally noise canceling sucks doesn't work too well. All that being said I do like the voice detect feature and the size of the case. If you have the galaxy buds plus hold on to them! Those are literally the best buds that samsung has made in my opinion and I miss them. Love the small pill shape case, glossy finish, the winged ear piece especially! Never had a problem with falling out and noise canceling actually worked! Please samsung at least use winged ear pieces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds have been truly life changing. I upgraded from the original buds to these and the difference is night and day. The newer buds have better ability to determine when I'm speaking to somebody and adjust the volume to hear other people. This especially comes in handy when my kids need me. When the conversation is done, it goes right back to sound dampening mode where I can completely tune into what I'm working on. They charge so much faster, that I'm often able to switch between ears when I need an ear free and never have one of them die on me. I also love how the case is so much more textured than in previous versions. This keeps it from sliding out of my pocket as previous versions did. I titled my review this way for a reason however. Though these buds work amazingly when they work completely, there are issues at times. I've had connection issues that I didn't have with the previous version where they just simply won't switch the audio to the buds. The other issue is now the buds are starting to have dodgy sound. One hear essentially sounds muted while the other works perfectly. Overall these buds haven't lasted as long as their predecessor, but the battery life aside, if you want an outstanding product that exceeds expectation and has flexibility for life random situations, these are your go to choice. Just be aware you might have to upgrade every year and a half instead of every other generation.

Battery last me the right amount I need it! I also bought the pokeball cover and it was the best product I have purchased! Loved caring my pokeball around and pop my ear buds on!

I think the Galaxy Buds2 Pro have better sound than most other major ecosystems, at the time of their release. I really love the surround sound. There are nice baked in features like a customizable eq, and multiple ways of interacting with the buds (to change the song & adjust volume). I really like the added 'Labs' features which adds extra functionality. I do wish the noise cancelation was a bit better. It's good, but not the best. Also, I think the biggest area where these buds fall behind is the call quality in noisy environments. If I'm making phone calls while outside, or even cleaning/cooking, the person on the other end of the line can hear a lot of background noise, and they can't hear my voice as well. My wife, is apart of another non-Android ecosystem, and I've used her earphones before. I definitely prefer the Galaxy ecosystem, though there is room for improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had these for about a year now, great purchase. The case is small, and matte which I prefer over the buds pro or buds 3 pro. Earbuds themselves sound great, and an added bonus is that they're ipx8, so rain or short submerging is no issue. Overall, would highly recommend!
