[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second set of Samsung earbuds I have purchased. The first set was the original Galaxy buds. Great sound quality in the first set, so upon hearing about the Samsung 2 pro buds I was definitely interested in the upgrade. And I was more than satisfied. Galaxy buds pro 2 work seamlessly with my phone, an s22 ultra, the sound is incredible, and the fit is much more secure than the earlier version. Very easy to customize a sound atmosphere with the accompanying app. The case is extremely compact. Only takes about an hour to charge the case fully and the case continues to charge the earbuds whenever they are inside. I could not be happier, and would recommend these to anyone, especially those with Galaxy phones.

However, I find that they fall off easily if I'm doing a workout and I have tried the different earpieces that they come with, they just don't sit well In my ears. Although They are not made to lay down with, I wish they were more comfortable to do so with. They hurt me if I do decide to lay on my side on the bed. But I'm guessing many others will do the same. The sound quality is good, but I hope that they can improve the quality a little more and also get more bass in their future models. Unfortunately for call quality, my husband complains that he hears everything in the background, So they definitely need improvement and noise cancellation for the other side listening to you speak. The quality is great when I'm wearing them, but not so for the other person. Hopefully, they work on this in future models. Otherwise, great headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought these as my first set of wireless earbuds. I've avoided buying into wireless because I just know I'll drop one down a storm drain. I haven't yet, but sure enough, the rounded shape of the Samsung buds makes them slippery little pebbles that like to slip from your grip. The case has a great fidget factor (I got a silicone cover for it that has a spring clip on it, so it's not just a bar of soap), but I also find it a little fussy to seat the earbuds in their little cubbies. There is a magnet, which helps; it just requires a little attention. The sound quality is good. It has active noise canceling and ambient sound features, which actively alter the background sound. These features use additional battery power, and I find that for me, the earbuds cancel noise and allow for ambient sound adequately without the additional boost. I also appreciate the improved battery life of not using these features. All of this is easy to configure on the app. I've paired them with both my phone and laptop--switching between the two requires fumbling with the Bluetooth settings for each device. The buds fit comfortably in my ears and mostly stay put unless I'm doing a lot of bending. I had to use the largest ear rubbers (!) to get a good fit rating from the app (I usually use the medium ones on my wired earbuds), but it also means they sometimes squeeze out of my ears if I don't have them mashed in a little. The earbuds also have tap controls, such as tap once etc still learning

I gave it a second try getting Buds 2 pro and still can get what I want on the noise canceling feature, worth to mention I work on constrtucion so the noise might be excessive but other than this is a great product. I really like it.

Sound is great, no complaints on the call quality and noise cancellation is excellent. I'm considering foam tips as my left one tends to feel like it's falling out when sweating.

I even stated using these as my gaming headset, battery life and surround sound is almost better. Protip: clean the charging ports so they don't corrode. It doesn't affect the speed I think for me but better be safe than sorry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ambient mode is inspired. I also love that when you start talking it turns off so you can engage without touching anything. The battery life is long and efficient. I haven't been able to find any case accessories for it yet, but I have my eye out. The right one has a tendency to escape my ear sometimes, but that's how I know they are durable. One bud has fallen in the snow repeatedly and still works. It is easily compatible for my watch and phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are by far the best ear buds I have used in my life. I wear them at the gym, biking, running etc. They are super comfortable. The sound is next level! I have the original galaxy buds and these surpass them in every way imaginable

I bought these to block out people talking around me. At first it was to block out my ex boyfriend talking on the phone because he worked from home. Now I want them to block out the sound of my mother and grandmother that I can't stand to hear but they do a TERRIBLE job at voice cancelation. And they seem to more so block noise close to you than noises that are farther away from you. It's weird. But I was VERY disappointed when I put them on and turned on noise cancelation to still here their voices. I like silence so I don't want to have to listen to music just to not here them. So they just sit in my drawer. I never use them. Another terrible thing about them is they pop out of my left ear constantly and I have tried multiple tips that they came with. SUPER annoying. However, the color is super cure and the case. When you are listening to music, the sound of the music is really good. But you wouldve been a god sent to block out the voice of my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did the trade-in with my 1st gen Galaxy Buds Pro and am so glad I did. These are SOOO much more comfortable than the 1st gens. I take these everywhere I go compared to the 1st gen. Love the new feature for the earbud fit test, and pairs great with my S20FE (soon to be S24+ or Ultra). When I have trouble sleeping, I wear these in bed and fall asleep within 10mins; it's that comfortable that it won't affect me in bed.
