The only complaint I have is the range. If I leave my phone at my desk it will disconnect of I go to the front counter. Looking forward to upgrading when the time comes

I bought this in June 2024 but now I'm regretting on my decision of purchasing this. While on call or video call it suddenly gets disconnected and then connected so it is disturbing in the middle of the call. Also it gets loosen after sometime and falls off the ear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earphones are pretty great, the battery on these last a few hours ( I use them at work everyday) they also do a great job at blocking out sound. I ended up buying the purple pair (bora purple) and they are so beautiful. I wish they had them in more colors but that's just preference on my end. They do have wireless charging which is a huge plus and they seem to charge pretty quickly. The sound quality is pretty good as well , it plays sound nicely I never have an issue with it. My only gripe with these buds is the touch sensitivity, sometimes the buds fall out of my ear or become loose and to adjust them I push them in a bit and that in turns pauses my music all the time, it's pretty annoying in that sense I prefer my air pods because I never had that issue. Also I guess I'll say as well that I haven't noticed a skip function on the buds like the air pods maybe it's something I haven't figured out yet on these buds. Overall these buds are pretty solid and good quality. I do recommend them if you were like me and switched from Apple to Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice for at work and for when you don't really have access to your phone it's nice cause your still able to use the control of your phone but without touching it the noise canceling is amazing as well I don't think iv ever had headphones quite as nice as these ones if I was on a deserted island and I could only bring one item it would probably be those headphones I mean that honestly I wouldn't even need the phone just having the headphones in my ears would give me all the warmth and comfort I needed figuratively I mean physically I would probably die rather quickly but emotionally I would in fact be in a good spot n. I don't see a reason on why I wouldn't considering the have pretty good sound quality and depth that could match up to over head headphones at times! Build quality is also a pretty sleek look and a well built way to take a lot of damage than you would think it does!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds 2 pro for workouts, work(with the noise canceling feature), and to just to melting away in my massage chair after a long day. These don't fall out of my ears, so the fit is really good. Stable connection and great sound.

The fact that these buds don't have a "master" bud like others ear buds that you have to always use makes it so nice because I can use one until it is dead and then just swap and use the other. The Galaxy AI functionality is also convenient despite not using it that much as of yet

The touch features are easy to use, and the noise canceling is insanely good! They are a must have for traveling! The battery life is long and charging is so simple. Love these!

I wish they didn't fall out when they drop though, can cause them to be lost. The case and each bud needs a tracker in them you can keep up with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my buds going on 3 years. I've never had any issues with or had to replace them for any reason. I listen to movies with them, I do Zoom meetings with them when I'm in my vehicle. I think since I've had them I've charged them a handful of times. I mostly use them in my vehicle while waiting for people to get done appointments or shopping. Would I recommend them absolutely, would I get another pair absolutely. Out of all my Samsung devices the buds and watch are my best issue free devices.
