But if you're active as far as heavy running jumping it will most likely fall out. Even at slower speeds depending on the shape of your ear canal it may fall out. Quite disappointing as otherwise this would be a perfect bud.

I have another set for outside yard work. I can talk on the phone while mowing the lawn or running a chainsaw and the other person can't even tell. The sound quality for music is amazing and when paired with my S23 Ultra I have a lot of tuning options.

I can wear it all day and can wear it to sleep too. Battery life is also excellent. Also very easy to pair and connect to my phone. The moment I open the case, my phone will have a pop up saying it is connected and the pop up also display the battery level of the buds and the case. Charging is using usb-c cable and is included. Controlling is easy, one tap to start stop audio, tap both at the same time will change the noise cancelling mode.

From work in my office taking video calls and being able to hear my colleagues in crystal clear quality to arriving home from work and unwinding to high definition bass boosting vocals and beats of my favorite artists and songs using my music player. I feel like I'm in my own world with these Buds. And it makes my life so much easier when I'm grocery shopping hands free from my phone to push my shopping cart and scratch off my shopping list created on my phone's notes app. These buds have really made simple things or tasks extraordinary and I'm glad I made the investment.
