I bought this few months back and I have to returned it twice for repairs. The right earpiece would not working and they could not fix it. This is especially true when i am wearing just the right piece while the left is in the charging case. I definitely would not recommend it to anyone due to this horrible experience.

The best feature for me is the seamless connection between all my Swing electronics from the TV when I want to watch something on the big screen but don't want loud noises, to my tablets, laptop & personal phone. It's the perfect accessory for all. It even come in handy when I want to go for a jog or walk without carrying electronics. I just connect to my galaxy watch, put on some music on my watch and I'm good to go. I sometimes go weeks at a time without having to charge my buds and use them at least once a day. On heavy day uses, like long road trips or bing watching shows, I still get a solid 2-3 days of use before having to charge them. So have these in my purse or pocket gives me peace mind that I'll can count on these buds to get me through all my needs. A sort of side note - as a mom sometimes you really want to listen to music while working, but also keep an eye open for your kids. These buds have a setting for ambient sound. I just LOVE it! It not only let's you hear your surroundings it amplifies them so you can pay attention to what's going on around you. Great for jogging and running as well.

They do not hurt your ear after extended wear and they came in a favorite color the soft purple. I can ask AI to look up information for me as well. I love these headphones and I wish I would have purchased them sooner.

I lo ed how they sounded and the battery life as well except I always need to call service for assistance. They were great but the didnt last. Won't buy again

It also provides an amazing bass boost for your favorite songs and movies. The features presented for this device are wonderful and work better than other devices. The noise canceling is very effective and allows you to listen to audio without disruptions from outside noise. The 360 head tracking allows you to hear what you are listening to without interference.

Overall, the sound quality and noise canceling are excellent. They connect with my s23 quickly and have decent range. However, I have 2 minor issues. First, when I lay on my side and put my head against the pillow the ear buds often make a loud ringing noise. I can recreate it by holding the buds tightly in my hand too. It can make it very annoying to listen to music while laying down. The second issue is that the "find my earbuds feature" is pretty useless. It can only find them if they are currently connected. I have had it tell me they are miles away while the buds are physically right next to me. More of gimmick than any use actually finding lost earbuds.
