First of all as someone who's tried TONS of headphones the sound quality on the buds is amazing but most importantly they dont fall out which is generally a huge issue for me. Its a perfect addition to the samsung ecosystem and has best in class noise cancelation as well.

I had the 1 gen pro buds and I can tell you I notice a difference. 1) the ambient sound is way clearer and doesn't make the white noise sound like the the 1st pros. When using the ambient mode on the pros 2 it's like you don't even have them on. I love that 2) noise cancel is very good. It's insane how much noise is blocked out. I'm very pleased with my purchase and can't wait to see what samsung does next!

They hold a charge for what seems to be forever, and I'm excited to try the new Galaxy AI assisted translation recently added. The one area I wouldn't mind seeing improvement in is the lost my ear bud feature to track the case better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds2 Pro offer phenomenal sound quality. I also really love their noise canceling feature. Just like my galaxy watch, another feature I often use is find my device. I love that I can use the app on my phone to find where I last placed these. The only reason I knocked off one star was due to how they fit in my ear, straight out of the box. Which, I will say upfront that I have abnormally small ears/ear canals.... Like every time I go to the Dr, they seem a bit perplexed how they are going to see anything in my ear! I'm used to the original galaxy buds. I really liked having the wings on those, so I'm going to look to see if I can get some wings to add to these. Loving the sound quality and battery life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are all day comfortable and sound better than much more expensive headphones I have owned in the past. The case is small and comfortable in my pocket and the integration with my other Samsung products is well thought out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the sound of my Buds2 Pros. The noise cancelation also works very well. As someone that works in a noisy environment, my Bud2 pro are the only ones I have found that work well. They also have the battery life to work as long as I do. They are also quite comfortable compared to other buds. The one fault is a very big one. They don't stay in my ears. I have tried everything! They fall out with little notice and I have already lost 2 sets. A remedy needs to be designed please.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the original galaxy buds so naturally i upgraded. Everything is awesome i love the ambient sound feature and all the customization. Only negative is that they dont have the wings like the original buds. So if you sweat or move around a bunch or even have waxy ears they fall out. With the wing attachments that never happened. Galaxy AI is pretty cool tooo!

I had to change the size of the ear bud protector but the smallest one still seems not to be a perfect fit. They do still fall out my ear on occasion, but overall I like them. Sound quality is good and finding them are easy with the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound both for any audio (music, audio books, podcasts, telephone conversations). Never have a problem hearing or with others hearing me. Buds always connect to any device (even non samsung). Comfortable and light weight. The only downside is that they will sometimes fall out... especially if when talking... I've tried the different size tips but they'll still fall out sometimes. Mostly an annoyance but would be 5 stars and perfect if they stayed in ears better. Overall a great product!
