Sound is something a headphone has only been able to play loudly till the pro 2. Knowing what Samsung has developed along the way the latest quality delivered by my newest buds are unmatched in every category. Reviews had me considering but after owning its without a doubt the pro 2 is the highest quality sound plus base any headphone could deliver. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They sound amazing, nice clean bass. Crisp mid and high range. Great noise canceling and automatically lowers sound of you begin to talk and allows you to hear. Then after a set amount of time resume noise canceling and return to original sound level. They work great on nights I have insomnia I can connect them to my samsung tv and not worry about the noise while my wife sleeps. (Blocks out her snoring!) My only complaint is they tend to dislodge if I cough that's pretty much it.

I love the style of these ear buds & wanted to really love them, but sadly they are not a great fit for my ears. They tend to fall out after about 5-10 minutes of wearing them. So, now I just use them as a backup pair. They have great sound & I really like that I can tap them to start playing my music. If it wasn't for the fit, these would definitely be my go to ear buds!

The sou d is extraordinary and so easy to use and control on my phone. Change settings to my comfort. The only downside is they don't stay in my ears as easily and my previous galaxy buds but I still love using them . The color choices were great..I chose purple and battery life last days for me

On the other hand I tried all 3 ear tips and still fall out of my ears... I had to buy memory foam ear tips and that solved issue. Thank you Jesus Carrera

Love the dual ability to tune people out in the office with noise cancellation as well as be aware of approaching cara/people whil enjoying music while walking in the park. Also love that noise cancellation turns off automatically when I start talking to someone near me. Pleasantly surprised 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I love everything about having all things Samsung. It makes things so much easier and I like the ecosystem. My buds are a fantastic addition the features that keep me handsfree are stellar. The only issue I have is that I have little ears and the buds don't stay in my ears for very long. They are constantly falling out which means I unfortunately don't use them as much as I'd like. I used to use the ones that the FE version was made after religiously. They were so comfortable they lived in my ears all day. It's been years since I've had that experience. Even the new FE version while it mimics the feel, the quality is horrible. So I'm left to long for the good ole days. I'm excited to try the new bus pro 3, I've already pre-ordered them. Hoping to fall back in love with Samsung earbuds and experience the next generation of AI features. So let's go Samsung, I'm still a fan!
