The internal mechanics include 2-way speakers for wide frequency response, along with a 10mm woofer that delivers deep bass and a 5.3mm tweeter that produces crisp treble. If your buds are not connecting to your phone it may be due to a poor Bluetooth connection or because you are wearing the earbuds incorrectly.
