Mic quality is good which is important to me. Also sound quality is impressive overall. I also find the controls to be straight forward. I like the size of the case for the buds. I think the product is fairly durable too. I have been testing some of the Galaxy AI features with this with the samsung s24 ultra. Im definitely a fan of the translation feature when using these buds

On the other hand I tried all 3 ear tips and still fall out of my ears... I had to buy memory foam ear tips and that solved issue. Thank you Jesus Carrera

I want to like these because I use all samsung products. But since I've been using these I could not be more disappointed. Samsung has it all wrong when it comes to audio. The treble is so sharp it hurts my ears. The audio quality is worse than other earbuds that are even cheaper than these. Not worth it. I love samsung products but these are not "pro" level earbuds

The quality is superb for music, videos, and games. The ANC is perfect, I use them on every plane ride I'm on to zone out and drift away into whatever I'm listening to.

The sound is amazing, I love using the active noise cancelation feature. The fit really well in my ears and have not had an issue with them falling out whenever I sweat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own two sets of these earbuds, because of how good they are. The hardware upscaling on these makes them the best sounding Bluetooth earbuds on the market. The quality of them is also apparent since I've been using them for over a year with no issues. I would also like to say that when boosting the bass I have yet to blow an earbud. Lastly they are so comfortable and form fitting I often fall asleep with them still in. It's not uncommon for me to wear these 16 hours a day, that's why I own two pairs.

I've had every buds version minus the original "Pro's", and I've dealt with discomfort during the first few days almost every time, but these actually cut the inside of my ears. The "wind screen" on the inside is constantly scratching against my inner ear causing scraping and scabbing. Sound quality is there, but the comfort is not!

The latest Buds2 Pro improves mainly by having a smaller exterior dimension hence less weighty feel with increase in time: this means less adjustment or the need to push the buds in as I enjoy to run with. The sound quality seems to have improved as well. I mostly also enjoy how small the case as compared to all the other competitiors on the market. I also love the interface on the buds themselves in terms how I can customize the taping functions or simply lock them out.
