The case does not stay closed when I drop it and the ear buds go flying everywhere. The noise canceling has a high pitch sound that bothers me and because of that I do not use the feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these during the pre-order and have noticed some definite improvements compared to the original Buds Pro, namely in ANC and call quality. The fit is much better and the audio sounds a bit fuller. Though one thing I got them for was the advertised ability to use the find my device feature and have it play a sound even while in the case, and while it seems to be advertised in the smartthings app, it doesn't seem to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who loves music and spends a lot of time listening to podcasts and audiobooks on the go, I recently got the chance to try out the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro. And I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. Right off the bat, the sleek and modern design caught my eye. They look like they belong in the future, but in a way that's not over-the-top or garish. They're subtle and understated, yet stylish enough to make a statement. But the real test was in how they sound. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The sound quality was amazing, with crisp highs, rich mids, and deep bass. The dynamic driver and tweeter in each earbud really make a difference, creating a balanced and immersive listening experience. And the noise-canceling capabilities are top-notch. With active noise cancelation and ambient sound mode, I was able to block out the outside world and focus on my music or podcasts. And when I needed to hear what was going on around me, I could easily switch to ambient mode to let some sound in. The battery life was also impressive. I was able to listen to music for several hours on a single charge, and the charging case made it easy to keep them topped up when I needed to. Plus, the fast-charging feature is a game-changer for anyone who's always on the go. But perhaps the most surprising thing about the Galaxy Buds2 Pro was how comfortable they were to wear. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my 4th variation of Samsung earbuds and I'm not as impressed as I was with the others. Even when swapping out the earpieces, I can't seem to get a good fit. The sound quality is not good as it was with the others.

compared to the buds pro, these are a lot lighter and instead of just jutting out in one direction, they angled the speaker compared to the body of the earbud to accomadate your ear much better. the hinge is less flimsy and doesn't jiggle at all and with stronger magnets, the anc is supremely good and makes me feel like i'm in a vacuum which i love. the eartips instead of being oval are round now which is alot more comfortable for long wearing sessions and the ipx7 water resistance is great if you're out in the rain or if you really want to swimming can work. these never fall out of my ears and when i put them in, i don't need to jossle them around they just go in and i'm done and no need to readjust them.

I also love the noise cancelation feature. Another thing I love is the touch features on the buds. Really convenient and works well. All in all i am very happy with my purchase and impressed with the galaxy pro 2 buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung Galaxy Bud2 pro for just about anything from my cellphone, computer, laptop. Steaming movies, music, videos or playing games on just about any electronic devise by connecting via wireless bluetooth and it's easy to setup as long as you know how or can follow instructions. I enjoyed that part of using learning about how to set up and you'd the features that are included with the Bud2 pro . The features start with the case itself, which is a backup battery when your buds run low and you will know because the buds let you know. Then there are the buds themselves, that give you the experience of a cirtual home theater in your pocket when listening to music. Weather it is listening to music, watching music videos or movies. Another good feature is the miophone comes in handy on phone calls, the speakers are great, and can cut out active noise (ANC) at home or on the street, streaming movies, music or on a phone call. Your Bud2 Pro will last a lot longer while in game play with the ANC turned off rather than with your ANC turned on, but keep your volume to a medium level as not to damage those ear drums while playing. Most of all, I like the extra ear tip covers that come with the buds to help to adjust the fit. The buds are easy to turn on or off just by lifhtly tapping. The Bud2 pro style is ergonomic and fit in the ear perfectly and work conviently wihout wires.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these came with my order of my ultra and although I am an audiophile and didn't really expect much from these I was pleasantly surprised at how durable they've been over the last few years and the sound it produces. decent midrange and bass with some sense of sound stage. I've heard that there is going to be a Galaxy AI integration with this but I am not sure what that would sound like no pun intended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the quality and bass of these earbuds and I use it everyday for work. BUT i've had to get it repaired 2 times in the last 3 months because my left earbud stopped output on the spind and it was very disappointing for a brand like samsung.
