And now with Ai voice to Text, make talking to customers that much easier from other countries! And watching movies when traveling is a dream. May not trade up to the pro 3' I'm liking these so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to connect to Samsung devices of all types. Noise canceling is pretty effective. The silicone tips for your ear are not confortable for long listening. They also will fall out during intense exercise.

The noise cancellation is amazing, i used them during a trip on the airplane and i heard nothing but my music. This was very relaxing. On top of it, these buds have a great overall sound with more bass than my Buds+. The battery life is decent and they for nicely in my ears. I mostly use them to listen to music, i don't make a lot of phone calls overall but the microphone is good enough for it although it could be better. If you are mostly looking for a good set of earbuds because you like music and want to leave the big city noise outside your head and enjoy music. Go for these amazing buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a few great things about these earbuds. These are the most comfortable in-ear earbuds I have ever owned. A long with great battery life. Also I love that you can wear your left or right without the other. You can adjust the bass and treble a long with other aspects in the wearable app. The charging case can also be charged wirelessly and is small enough to be carried in your front pocket. All in all a great product.

These sound pretty good, but they do not stay in my ear. They just randomly fall out, regardless of the size of the tip. I even bought some aftermarket foam expanding tips, but not even that helped hold them in my ears. They are fine sitting still at my desk, but they fall out if I snack on something or move very much at all. I do not recommend this product at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the noise canceling on this model. They don't stay in as well as the lives but the are comfortable to wear. Sound quality is great and they are very durable. I look forward to seeing future buds that samsung creates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get great sound and they are comfortable and fit well in the ear with their special design. I always take them without me on my morning and generally don't take them out as I go through my morning schedule knowing I won't miss any calls. I also like the noise blocking feature which is very apparent when on.

Noise cancelling and ambient sound work well. There is one infuriating part. The Seamless paring makes them almost unusable. I use them on my Galaxy 23 Ultra and Tab s9. If you so much as touch one device while using the other , itll switch over the sound even if you didnt want it to . Sometimes it gets confused and just starts switching back and forth . I also use them on my Surface laptop and they are a nightmare to pair. Also seem to have very weak connection. My old Buds pro never disconected while the device is in my pocket or my hand . Ive had issues where im walking , my arm swings in front of my phone and ill lose connection on one side. Even with my watch , if im listening to music from my watch and i swing the arm back itll disconnect. Please fix the software and pairing functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed my buds pro 2 for the most part. The sound is really clear and has depth when listening to music or streaming. When using them for answering phone calls, sometimes it can be hit or miss. I have times where the person sounds like he/she is right next to me, while other times I have a hard time hearing what they are saying. The biggest issue I have is the buds staying in my ears. I constantly clean them and wipe them down to help, but it doesn't seem to work. I don't even have to move around for them to fall out. I am just sitting there watching a movie and I can feel one or the other slightly start to fall out. If I don't catch it right away, it falls and bounces away on hard surfaces, making them difficult to find at times. Other than that, I have enjoyed them.
