Phone calls are clear as long as the other person isn't using blue tooth as well; then there's too much background audio. Coming through on both sides. They keep getting clogged with ear wax, even though I clean them regularly and replacing the bud covers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Buds. I've always been a traditional user, but the Galaxy AI has changed my life. I like to wear them for fun, quick answers, and to silence the loud noises around me when I work from home. The sound is super clear and the buds have fast reaction time. Touch controls are easy to understand and use. I even recommended my anti-tech mother to use these because she sometimes has issues hearing. Well, no hearing aid needed! I occasionally have issues with the others not hearing me clearly when I'm using the buds for a phone call. I still have to have my phone close so the mic can pick up my voice. That is a bit of an irritant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried and owned a lot of earbuds and was originally one of the sceptics when it came time to replace our old wired buds that used to come with every phone you purchased. I have owned wireless buds since the old Galaxy Icons. I can say that these are pound fir pound the best sounding and most comfortably earbuds that you can get for the money that meet almost every need that you could think of. I thought that would be extremely hard since I viewed the original Galaxy Buds 2 to be the best sounding and most comfortable. I would definitley recommend these over Jabra and Apple's options. Being able to connect to multiple Samsung products at once is just an amazing feature to have.

I personally have had fit issues with buds of many different brands. I have had these for over a month and can say that these are some of the most comfortable I have used yet. I also have some soundcore liberty 3 pros and liberty 4s and I still have preferred these. Also using a galaxy tab and galaxy phone make these truly shine. The extra features are wonderful with the smart switch and the audio quality is great. I personally have been very happy with my purchase .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device has great sound for listening to music and watching videos. Phone calls are very clear and the buds are comfortable in the ear. I do think anc can be improved so people can hear clearly on the other end when your on a call.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm grateful to buying these since fall of 2022. I have always wanted a pair of noise canceling ear buds. These really helped me get through my studies by blocking out any outside distractions along with listening to music better and perfectly. There's still flaws to the device. They keep easily sliding out sometimes whenever I wear for a while. Also, there has been this booming wind sound that fills up the left ear piece and it can only be stopped whenever I turn off noise canceling mode and ambient mode.

The sound was amazing, and when I herd what sounded like water, I realized that on the other side of my house was someone cooking the noise canceling feature is amazing can't here the cluncks at the gym but can hear a whisper from the other room. Amazing the battery is long lasting used a full battery pritty much all day. 100 tines recommend I even bought three people ones for Christmas.

They are light in weight and comfortable to wear all day long. Sometimes I forget that I am wearing these and can enjoy my favorite music all day long.
