[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the original buds pro and the left one went out. Luckily I had geeksquad and had the opportunity to upgrade to the buds2 pro. I was amazed by the quality of sound and even the difference from the previous model the second I connected them. Now, I am a little bias because I'm a die hard Samsung fan but for the price (which I will admit is a little steep) it's definitely worth it. It's a powerhouse of a product and you will never need a separate pair. They work for every occasion.

I've had previous models & I do miss being able to store music in them but that is the only negative thing I have to say. I'm curious what kind of Galaxy AI features will probably eventually be added.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds daily working, working out and leisurely. They stay put in my ears comfortably. They also hold a great charge. I start off with my right bud it last for about 3 to 4 hours continuous play depending on volume usage. They have an adapted hearing feature that you select for your age group. I've also misplaced them several times, using the smart things app I was able to locate therm easily by using the nearby search and ring options on the Smart Things Find app.. The ring option gets louder as it plays making it easier to find. I can jog, lift weights, wash dishes all while listening to my favorite tunes. With clear crisp sound. And the bass quality is awesome. They also connect to my watch 5.. So now I get an alert when and if I leave them behind so I don't sit them down and get to far from them nearly as much. So I do a lot less searching for them. Due to the fact that I am a forgetful person. I've had the Bud Lives and the Pro Buds these are by far my favorites(Pro Buds 2). I would recommend these overall to anyone looking to purchase ear buds.

The sound quality is best and also love the features to switch it to ambient mode with a touch of the buds and you don't have to open your phone or anything. I have this in white and just a case to protect it from cracking in case of a drop/fall. These are the second pair I'm purchasing. They are also quite stylish. My only issue is, not sure if it's because I don't know how to fit it properly but these buds don't 'stick' in my ears like I would have loved it to. I don't run with the buds on as they always drop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this has pretty good sound quality and noise canceling features and performance (especially like the fit checking feature in the app), the buds can fall off your ears, especially when you are bending down to pickup something, it be a bit of a challenge to lose such an expensive piece of tech. It is still pretty good.

I go to the gym pretty often, so I can tell you they don't fall out your ears easily. The noise canceling feature is a blessing when I take public transportation, and the ambient sound I have played around with but noise canceling is my preference. The case keeps charge for a good amount of time,a few days have passed before I see myself charging from zero but the notification is a good reminder.

I use them at work to drown out the noise of saws and it works super well! Battery life is great also I can usually use them for a couple of days before I need to charge.
