[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds2 pro for all my devices audio. I love the noise canceling feature and the quality of sound. The only complaint I have is the pronouncing of th and s sounds it is sharp and painful but over time I have learned to ignore it.

It has amazing noise cancelation, it let's you know when to lean back your neck which helps me with neck problems. Easy to work with sounds are very clear I can even set the tone to the music I listen to. I like how it connects to my devices very fast and it charges very fast.. has long battery life also. And the updates are good.

I've used cheaper ones in the past but when I got my s21 ultra I purchase these along with it . After pairing quickly to my phone I was good to go. The noise canceling feature alone makes these worth it. Incredibly well made and very light. Not bulky or cumbersome like other brands. The sound is wonderful as well with good base and nice treble. I have had them for 2 years now and they have given me zero issues. I love how quickly they charge and how long they keep they charge. I highly recommend these. They're my buds.

The only issue I have is that they fall out of my ears so easily when exercising. Would love if they had some kind of grip to the ear to stay in place, even with the ear piece in place. But overall great product. Love my Samsung products.

Phenomenal pair of earbuds with one major flaw; they lose sound constantly. I've had two pairs of these buds, and without fail, one of the two will eventually and suddenly get quiet to the point of being inaudible. The left bud in my second pair was unusable within a week of purchase. I switch to my other pair, and the right bud goes quiet wth an annoying buzzy quality to the audio within days. The fact that I would still give these buds three stars speaks to their other qualities: they are comfortable, sound great, and are some of the best noise cancelling buds I've experienced. I really want to love them but the constant sound issues are infuriating and unavoidable, which, for the price, is a deal breaker.

These earbuds are great they even survived my house burning down i found them 2 days after my house fire sitting in my desk drawer covered in melted plastic pulled it outseperated the earbuds from the plastic and they worked toatly fine with no visible damage and evrything still works evwn noise cancelling

The sound is good overall with some personal adjustments, and they improved the fit over the previous generation however it still isn't as good as the original buds with the wing tips. The galaxy buds are less simple to use than airpods and unfortunately seem to focus on fashion over function for some aspects. Its a solid headphones and it has some good battery life, which earns it a 4 star rating from me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these constantly, mostly for listening to music while working in a lab and going to the gym. For how long I've had them, they've been pretty abused, if I'm being honest, and they still work great. The main con with them is that they occasionally they can get a bit wobbly in the ear, especially if you're running at the gym, and you have to pop them back in a bit. To me, that's not a dealbreaker--I've never had a pair of wireless earbuds that actually stays in while at the gym. Noise cancellation's solid for true wireless earbuds, not amazing, but decent. Plus, the sound quality... it's pretty awesome, which you'd hope given Samsung's acquisition of AKG and Harman. If you're already in the Samsung ecosystem, these are a no-brainer.

I love these... but after having them for a couple of years the thin silicone finish on the actual buds is degrading. My right bud I had to scrape it off because it was unsightly. Now months later my left one has started to become degraded as well. That's my only issue. Don't coat the new ones in this matte silicone base, leave them glossy.
