Two things that can improve, one they fall out my ears and two outside codes deteriorate really fast. I had to returned it and get another one. The buds pro coating is more durable. But overall I love this device.

Sound quality, comfort, and noise cancellation are superior to the original air pod pro earbuds which I also own. I would say the ambient sound is better in the air pods. But I am in the Samsung ecosystem so the buds2 pro suit my need better. No AI on these but I look forward to trying the AI features in the buds3 pro when they arrive. It will be tough to dethrown the buds2 pro but I look forward to the possible upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] But, if you decide to start singin to the music, that active noise cancelling kicks in and lowers the sound on you. Also, the microphone did not shut out the background noise of my scooter and the other callers said that they couldnt hear my voice that well while riding and making a call. Also, the buds seemed to draw in a lot of wind noise to my ear. They funneld that air right to my ear drum. I LOVED THAT THEY COULD BE TRACKED ON MY PHONE IF LOST.

They connect to all of my devices quick and easily and there a prefect fit for my ears. The sound that plays in these little tiny devices, make you feel like your at a concert or in a theater. The battery life is great. They last for a very long time. I use my ear buds every day, for a very lengthy amount of time, and I only have to charge them every 2 to 3 days. My favorite part is being able to block out the background while you have them in. I don't know how this feature is able to work so well, but it does! These are a must buy. I would recommend them to anyone! I've already purchased a pair for my daughter and I plan on purchasing a pair for my son.

I have tried all the ear plugs and not one of them fits my ears. They fall out with the slightest movement. It would also be cool if Galaxy AI was introduced to the buds. I feel like it wouldn't require a whole lot of changes.

The buds also surprisingly connect effortlessly to any other device from multiple manufacturers. Sweat is not a problem and neither is alot of movement. If anything, samsung is going to have a very hard time out doing this product.

(took advantage of a lot of promotions and sound/comfortable fit/ecosystem is important to me!) While my favorite "fit" were the Buds Live, the sound on Buds2 Pro is fantastic. I love the matte feel of the case and buds. My only complaint is that they begin to slide out of my ear when going on a long run. Other than that, the Buds2 Pro are an absolute yes!

Answering/ending a call...a breeze! The voice detection with ambient sound.....phenomenal! (except when I want to sing along to my songs lol) Love ALL my galaxy products, strongly recommend! My only gripe would be the silicone tips but easily replaceable with memory foam ones. Not even worth losing a star over ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
