[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The feature of the buds are kool. But they are heavy and the kidney design doesn't support the weight in the ear. They often fall out. Changing the rubber tips are not that much help based on the short stock of the piece that inserts into the ear.

Not only do they sync seamlessly with my S23 ultra, they fit so much better and have such a richer audio quality! I do wish they had longer battery life but that's not really a downside as these only have one less hour than my previous headphones which I don't mind, but next gen should definitely try to reach for 8 hours! ❤️❤️Much Love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Galaxy Buds2 Pro for about 3 months now and the sound quality is amazing. I love the sleek design, battery life, connectability, and functions of the Buds. The two things I believe that can be improved are related. First is the fit within the ear. These buds don't stay super well in the ear and I find myself regularly fidgeting with them to readjust them in my ear to try to get them to stay in securely. I imagine that is part of the reason for my second area of improvement in that the noise cancelation function could be improved.

After some research I settled on the buds pro 2 for work. I was not disappointed after receiving them. They sound better across all spectrums than my Sennheiser tmw2's. The best part is I now how active noise cancelling (works great) and I have some water protection. I highly recommend this product.

I use them 7 days a week at the gym and intermittently for phone calls around town when I don't want to hold my phone to my head. For starters, let me start off by saying I accidentally ran these through the washing machine once... I thought for sure they were ruined. I let them dry out for a day and tried to use them and just just screeched in my ear and would not charge. They then sat on my desk for about a month, and I tried them again, and to my surprise they sounded brand new! No weird noises, no dead spots, they just worked. If you're looking for great headphones that pack a punch and won't break the bank, these are for you! I'm now trading them for the new Buds 3 Pro, but only because I love shiny new things.

I love how they allow me to cancel out unwanted noise and focus on my school work while listening to music. Overall I love these buds, however I experienced a bad connectivity issue whenever I switched from my Mac to my galaxy device. This is very crucial to me as I access my work through my Mac and switch to my phone multiple times.

However, I love their ambient sound feature. I have 2 small children so I love that I can keep both of my buds in and still hear everything around me. No more walking around with one bud to hear my surroundings. Also, I lose everything and the find my device feature has been a life savor on several occasions. 10/10 would recommend.

The only issue I have is that they fall out of my ears so easily when exercising. Would love if they had some kind of grip to the ear to stay in place, even with the ear piece in place. But overall great product. Love my Samsung products.
