[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overalls I'm hapoy with the buds. The soud is clear the charge lasts a ling time. The weakness of the product is in its physical design. The charge case will open any time it's dropped and the buds fly out like bullets. The in ear fit is ok, ibut f you are moving they will slip and fall out . The microphone placement is strange andvwill pickup sounds around you instead of your voice. . Overalls it's a work in progress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Galaxy S22 w/buds pro 2 I have always been a fan of Samsung products. I do not like Apple products except for their PC. My phone is amazing. The updates keep my phone very user-friendly. Buds pro2 now sound the same if not better than the beats ear buds. Clear quality sound, the new design fits alot better than the first Gen. I also have more control with my ear buds. As I sit here currently in the E.R. I can use my phone and buds to watch and listen in private. Keep in private!!!! Keep improving products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So believe it or not I went from the buds to the buds 2 pro and loved them sooo much that I even went and bought a pair of the buds plus. The buds 2 pro go where ever I go! Gym, work, driving. I even have them hooked up the my ps5!! Sound quality is excellent. Think my favorite is the ambient setting. Nice to be able to listen to what I want to but also hear my surroundings. Fit is excellent. It takes some use to getting use to the noise canceling feature because it makes your ears feel funny, man if you wanna block the outside out, these work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung buds for almost everything throughout pretty much the whole day. Music, movies, games, etc. The audio quality is always great. I find the different modes they come with pretty useful. My only and biggest complain is that, they disconnect by themselves. I could be listening to music on an app but once I exit it, they disconnect and I have to turn Bluetooth off and on again. Other than that, my experience has been fine. I would recommend them to someone who is looking for long lasting, rich audio quality ear buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love them! I have smaller ears and primarily use earbuds at night to listen to my booksnand podcasts. The comfort is amazing! I rated a 4 because one them stopped working almost completely. As far as incan tell, nothing damaged the left one and they stay otherwise in the case by my bedside and cleaned regularly. I even thought it was my headcold at one point keeping me from hearing. As a mom who only buys things for family before self, I may have to spring for a new pair. These were the best gift to receive last year on my birthday. I love the lilac color !

The sound quality is great but the buds are very hard to get out of my ears after putting them in. This makes the volume control very difficult to control. I could've lived with it but just after about a month of having them, the charger stopped charging the left earbud randomly so it's been dead for a while now. And now the charging dock works intermittently for the right bud only. Other than that, the sound is good as mentioned. The ambient and noise canceling work really well, making the music sound that much better. Overall I would purchase an older version before getting another pair of these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my Samsung Galaxy Buds2Pro. These are my first wireless earphones, and the sound quality is great. They are also very easy to use, so I can recommend them to everyone from my tech savvy friends and my technologically-challenged old neighbors. I use them for work meetings and listening to music, and they last so long on one charge I only need to charge maybe once a week. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the sound cancelation isn't quite as good as I hoped, but it's about what you'd expect for a wireless earphones. They block most sounds out, but not everything. I'm also not too impressed with the "ambient sound" setting. If you use them in a noisy city, especially in a subway or similar place, some noises get painfully amplified, but I hardly use this setting because I'm usually trying to block out sounds and turning off noise controls typically allows enough sounds to come through for me to hear anything important while wearing them. Besides these two small things, it's a really great product that I highly recommend.
