Only downside is they will most likely stop working fully in a few months. They will usually replace or fix them for free though but it's an annoying process.

The noise cancelling works amazing and I love the ambient sound feature if I want to also hear what is going on around me. These buds are very comfortable and do not fall out. I have issues with other types staying in place. I highly recommend and will only be purchasing Samsung in the future.

The Buds2 Pro is more comfortable and snuggly fits the ear with no discomfort or sound loss at all. The gesture sensors also got an upgrade making it easier to use the touch controls. I use these every work day for 10 hours and barely have to charge them all. The Galaxy Buds2 pro is definitely a must have!

Whether your listening to heavy metal, rap, cpuntry, or even a podcast. The sounds quality is unrivaled. Having the bud in keeps my from missing important work calls that i wouldnt have heard ringing in my pocket do to noise pollution on the job. Id buy them again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the software and features. I enjoy the ambient sound. I love the touch pads on the ear buds. I needed extentions to put on the bud to help them stay in my ears so they would go longer into the ear canal. They still don't stay in long but they do stay in when at first they didn't at all. I also have a cord to keep them around my neck. I think they should've kept the bean style. They were great! I found they needed different sizes. Mine didn't fit but they fit my husband very well and never fell out so the bean style is what he prefers.

I bought these for an alternative to my Sony over ear headset. The sound quality has been good and I appreciate the dampening of volume when I start a conversation and am listening to music. The microphone quality appears to be poor though. I constantly have feedback from others on calls that they can't hear me, I am muffled, or sounds like I'm in a bubble. These issues happen on both phone calls and platforms like MS Teams. Unfortunately, my ears have had a reaction to the ear bud material too, which appears to be a common problem from a quick internet search.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My samsung buds 2 pro are amazing. They have really good audio and good bass. They have balanced sound. The noise canceling is amazing it cancels 90% of sounds in a noises environment. They also pair really good with my smasung phone they connect seamlessly. My only problems are the touch controls being too sensitive and the earbuds sometimes falling out easily. Other than that they are a solid pair of earbuds for people that want a clean and balanced sound.

I have gone thru 2 pairs because always 1 bud tends to sound distorted. I have always gotten Samsung ear buds but just find it difficult to fit the comfortably
