[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The earbuds are okay. There's still quite a bit of latency for gaming would not recommend using for gaming. The noise-canceling works really well. Using them for music is it ok but nothing to write home about. The mic is usable.

The fit while running and working out, staying in place and not needing to adjust mid workout is something I've been missing since the buds+ and these met the expectations. The sound quality is really crisp and clear. There's not a tone a bass, but for an in ear bud that's what I prefer. I work at a computer desk, and I can comfortably wear them for an entire work shift. And the battery life is much better than the buds pro. Not quite as good as the buds+, but that's too be expected with all of the extra options. Noise canceling, ambient sound and the different levels of it are what I use the most. I have had other buds in the past, and I will choose my buds2 pro over them EVERY time because of all the things I've mentioned, and the biggest reason, which is speed and stability of connection. I've been a Samsung user since the GS 3, and I also worked in telecommunications for 4 years so I know my way around Samsung products fairly well. For those nervous to purchase because of shortcomings from previous models, you have nothing to fear. I use these daily and absolutely love them.

They have fantastic sound quality in any scenario you put them in whether it be music, phone calls, or YouTube. I appreciate how well they fit in the ear as I can wear them for many hours comfortably. The ambient noise mode and noise cancelling are as good as advertised and the touch controls work great as well. These are my favorite pair of earbuds that I have owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On a typical day I use my Buds2 Pros for around 2-3 hours and usually when ever I am studying or commuting. The ANC comes in very handy when you need a quiet space where you can hear video recordings or if you wanted to listen to your daily discovery. The sound quality is great with a more balanced overall profile than I have heard from most other bluetooth earbuds. The only complaint I would have with the Buds2 Pros are that my ears do not seal very well with any of the included tips so the ANC doesn't work as well as it could unless I push the earbuds into my ear a little harder.

They sound quality is pretty good on these buds however, the thing that can get frustrating are the touch control. The buds don't fit quite good on my ears so I constantly have to keep readjusting them. When readjusting, with the slightest touch, the buds music will stop playing due to the sensitive touch controls.

I have sensitive ears and could always feel the old model. It would start to hurt after 30-45 minutes. I barely feel these at all. The sound quality and noise cancelling are great. I love that I can turn it from ambient noise to noise cancelling with just a touch. I've never had any issues with phone calls. Everyone can hear me perfectly on a call.

My buds are a fantastic addition the features that keep me handsfree are stellar. The only issue I have is that I have little ears and the buds don't stay in my ears for very long. They are constantly falling out which means I unfortunately don't use them as much as I'd like. I used to use the ones that the FE version was made after religiously. They were so comfortable they lived in my ears all day. It's been years since I've had that experience. Even the new FE version while it mimics the feel, the quality is horrible. So I'm left to long for the good ole days. I'm excited to try the new bus pro 3, I've already pre-ordered them. Hoping to fall back in love with Samsung earbuds and experience the next generation of AI features. So let's go Samsung, I'm still a fan!
