Sound quality : excellent Noise cancelation : Good, still hear a little background noise. Ambient noise : Poor, I have trouble hearing people talk. Comfort : Poor, I tried all the 3 different inserts and after about a half hour my ears hurt a little. The big inserts are the most comfortable.

The features I use especially at work are ambient and noise canceling. I mainly enjoy ambient the most because it allows me to get the full experience of my music by listening with both earphones, but also let's me hear if the people around me need help.

I bought these in October after I lost my buds live. The sound quality is fantastic and leaps and bounds better than the previous buds I owned. The bad, they won't stay in no matter what. I changed all sizes of ear buds that came with it and after 15 to 20 minutes they slide right out. I upgraded to the recommended ear buds that have the two layers and now they will stay in for 30 minutes. Horrible fitment design. Samsung should have put a piece or sell a piece to sit in your outside ear to hold them in place like older models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned almost every set of buds in the family. From the original buds, plus, live, pro, and now the pro2. These address the complaints I had with the earlier models. They fit nicely in my ear and create a good seal that I was missing from my older buds and buds plus. But added the great anc of the lives and pros. There isn't a lot samsung could do to improve these. My only complaint is that I wish they were a bit louder. The anc works well enough I rarely hear much going on around me which is great. They're doing their part. But just because I can't hear anything else doesn't mean I don't want my media to be quiet. Sometimes I want them to bang, and they just don't.

Ive have a hard time finding ear buds that fit well and stay in place. These are very comfortable and fit well. No more worries about them falling out. The battery life is great too. I wear them at least 8 hours a day without having to recharge.

They don't interfere with my exercise routine and I don't even knowi have them in. Great sounds and easy interaction between music and phone use. Highly recommend to anyone who wants the best in sound and functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my earbuds all the time. I like that they're easy to pair with your Galaxy phone. The wireless charging for the case is very helpful also. They seem to be holding up really good and have a nice features like find my earbuds. It's best to remember to turn on the tracking feature so if you leave behind a bud it will notify you when the loses connection. I do wish that you could turn on ambient mode even if you're only wearing one earbud. I used to do that with my old earbuds so that I could hear everything around me but only have one in. You just have to be careful with the volume when you wear one earbud. I don't know that their worth full price for their sound quality but I have been able to find them on sale, which makes them more than worth it.

The jump in sound quality is nice and a little noticeable, the only downside I've noticed is that the pro 2 color wears away a little easier. so I'd recommend going with black... overall amazing earbuds though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality on these are amazing. Huge upgrade from my first generation Galaxy Buds. The active noise canceling works amazingly. The fit is not the best for my ears but when they do fit, they're super comfortable and the seal is good without suction.
