The cake part of it was really good but, the crust and crumb topping were very hard making it so you're only able to eat the cake itself. Rating is between a 2 and 3 star so i gave it a 3 since the cake was good

This was disappointing. The crumb topping was so hard and dry, it was like trying to choose on rocks. The pumpkin cake was decent, but could have more moist. Can't recommend. Threw most of it away.

If purchased and made into a malt it might be worth the discounted purchase price. Honestly, if the crumble was on an actual pumpkin pie it would probably be a phenomenal seller.

I literally cannot believe someone at Sam's Club thought this recipe was good enough to mass produce and sell. It's just a crumby cake, in a bad sense of the word.

This cake was dry and tasteless. My daughter didn't like the one I bought for her also. Not sure who the taste testers were for this product when it was manufactured. I returned both and got my money back. Just awful bakery item!!

I love pumpkin everything, so for me to love it was expected. However, my husband (who normally hates pumpkin) devoured this! He loved it just as much as I did!

While the flavor is quite enjoyable, it doesn't quite resemble a traditional pie. Instead, it feels more like a coffee or breakfast cake. I recommend pairing it with a nice cup of coffee or a tall glass of cold milk to fully appreciate its taste.

I initially thought it was a cumb topping on top of a cake, but the texture throughout is dry and cumbly. First time I've had such a dry pumpkin based dessert. Three people tried it, three people couldn't/woludn't finish a slice.

Bottom coffee cake has good flavor & texture. It's basically a cinnamon coffee cake. But there's 1"+ of hard, huge chunks of "crumb" topping. Messy for serving. Needs more cake, less topping, smaller & softer chunks.

I like the regular Sams crumb cakes in the thinner square version. This massive thing is hard to cut and serve in a presentable slice and just too dry and almost no flavor.
