It is drinkable but has a really weak chocolate flavor. Also gave me... ahem... some flatulence that the name brands don't. I'll finish them off but won't buy again. For comparison's sake Atkins dark chocolate is my favorite.

It has a funny taste, I don't like the smell of it and it has 280 grams of sodium. Thank God I only bought one case of it and 3 of my usual Premier Chocolate Protein. Members Mark Protein has about 100 grams more sodium than Premier.

I did not find my usual Pure Protein brand at Sams, so thought I would try this one. Members Mark failed! The aftertaste is bad. Lesson learned! I will stick with Pure Protein brand from now on.

I ordered 1 box of these Members Mark Brand to see how they compare to the other Protein Shakes. These have an odd sweet after taste that is not pleasing. Especially if you are drinking very many

It tastes horrible, that's why it lost a star. I'm in love with the Atkins shakes, but I could not lose weight on them. I've tried other brands with similar ingredients, and the same problem they did not fill me up as a meal replacement, and then I was eating bad stuff. I decided not to listen to the internet and get something with whey protein and milk. As they say, this is more for weight gain and body builders. So I always stayed far away from it. Well, I wish I hadn't. Not only does it fill me up, but I don't crave anything have to force myself to eat, but I've been losing a pound a day. Other brands I worked out daily, hardly ate what I did eat was healthy and I'd gain weight. So I just guzzle it down real quick so I don't have to taste it. Spending all this money on products that don't work is annoying. I'm 44 and already have hormon issues and problems with weight because of it. It's so hard to find something that works. I hope this review helps others. The minute the price goes up because of my review and people start buying it just so you know membersmark, I'll stop drinking and find something else. Then come back and leave a review for the new product I find. So don't be a price gouger and up the price. It's already pricey as it is compared to other brands with similar ingredients.

These taste very similar to the premier protein ones in the box (I've never had the ones in the plastic bottle so I don't know if they taste the same). I usually get the Fairlife and they were out of stock, these do not compare in any way to those. But for a quick protein shake they're okay.

Daughter was moving and I brought food, drink and these protein shakes. They are in their 20's and they all loved them! Great for workouts, moving or a nice supplement to the diet. Nice and thick like a shake and they taste really good. I like the vitamin and mineral content too. I drink mine at room temperature, like most things I drink. I will buy more. I would rather see them drinking this than sodas any day. :)

Maybe this would have received a "below average" rating if I hadn't already tried FairLife...but I did and this is chalky, watery, and disappointing. I tried just refrigerator cold and then tried putting it in the freezer hoping the colder temp would improve the taste...alas it was not to be. Back to Sam's it goes and I will give Premier Protein a try.

Just bought a case of this, since they were out of the muscle milk at the store. I agree with some of the other reviews. This stuff tastes nasty. The Chocolate Muscle Milk that they carry tastes much better and is a little better for you when you compare the Nutritional facts. I'll be returning the rest of the unused case.

These are the worst protein shakes I have ever tried. I usually buy Premier but decided to save some money and try the chocolate Members Mark option. They're undrinkable. I don't know if I got a bad batch or if they say outside in the heat for a little while after delivery but they taste like plastic and bengay or Pepto bismol flavored chocolate. I could not take more than 2 sips before throwing it away and I am not a wasteful person. Now I have to drive back to the store to return them.
