The cake was amazing! Dense and moist and the buttercream was amazing! Ordered for my babyshower and everyone LOVED how good it tasted.

Disappointed at how dry it was, pleased with how easy it was to order online, pick up, and put my own flowers on it.

Frosting was crazy sweet. And the top tier was not centered it was falling off the back. I was really displeased. Normally their cakes are amazing but this wasn't just epic fail.

It was a really good cake! Tasty, like all the Sam's Club bakery items are. And decorated 100% to our specifications. All within our small budget as well. We couldn't be happier!

I loved the way it looked but I was disappointed that it only came in buttercream. I loved it when you had the option of whipped cream or buttercream. The price was reasonable. I guess I got what I paid for!

I do not recommend the Rockford IL location for a wedding cake. We ordered one and it was the wrong flavor and it was completely lopsided. The edging was also not even. It’s cheap but they did a bad job

I purchased an all white wedding cake and put my own floral decorations on it. It looked great and the price was very affordable! I thought the frosting was almost too sweet but everyone liked it so that's a plus. The cake was ready for pickup first thing in the morning the day of my wedding which was really convenient.

Overall, the cake was good and decorated nicely. However, the word count in the area where you can type your message when customizing your cake was not enough. It was hard to describe both what I wanted to be written on the cake AND the specific color of frosting I wanted in the same message area because of the word limit. Other than that, the cake was good overall.

The cake came just as ordered, we wasn't given instructions that cake had to stay in refridgerator or anything like that. The cake was my baby shower and unfortunately, when put out on the dessert table, it started to melt after an hour. However, the design and the flavor was as expected.

The cake was good but I was disappointed that it wasn’t the one I ordered and the bakery did not call to let me know that they didn’t have the decoration. It needs to be where you can go inside the store and order to see if they have that design online is a bad idea.
