Cake was beautiful but it fell apart because they didn’t put cake dowels in the cake to hold it together. During the first dance, the cake which was across the room from everyone fell apart and hit the floor. Needless to say we were all shocked and as we were trying to pick it up the wedding coordinator noticed that there was nothing holding the top layer to the bottom layer. It was just sitting on top with no braces. We made the best of what we picked up and they tried to act like everything was fine in their pictures but we were all disappointed. I called Sam’s Club the next morning and spoke with Patsy the bakery manager, she couldn’t pull up who decorated our cake on her tablet but said she just couldn’t believe that one of her decorators would have done that, but said it could happen, so she told us that the next time we were in the store to get a refund on the cake. We are going there next week so I guess we shall see what they say when we get there.

I'm not happy with the limited selections for custom cakes. I wanted an all pink design but that was not an option and the stuff were unwilling to offer the best customer service. I had to call 3 times in order to spesk to someone that actually know what it means to be nice.

It was my grandsons birthday cake we asked if they personalized cakes bakery representative was very attentive wrotoe notes of what we wanted we basically wanted it like the spider man they had but with Captain America. When we picked up cake no spiderman no captain america just a blue with red trimming cake. The cake was not bad tasting ... but you get what you pay for. 🤷‍♀️

The cake was good but I was disappointed that it wasn’t the one I ordered and the bakery did not call to let me know that they didn’t have the decoration. It needs to be where you can go inside the store and order to see if they have that design online is a bad idea.

The cake was decent for the price but I didnt like the buttercream icing and whipped cream was not an option. We went with a black icing and it was hard to get off of the hards. **Just know, you will have very dark bowel movements for a day or two so don't be alarm!

First time purchasing a cake I usually buy cupcakes which are good but the cake was just as good I got chocolate and vanilla flavors plane white cake as shown in image and I decor myself pick up was easy would definitely be buying my cakes from here in future

I purchased an all white wedding cake and put my own floral decorations on it. It looked great and the price was very affordable! I thought the frosting was almost too sweet but everyone liked it so that's a plus. The cake was ready for pickup first thing in the morning the day of my wedding which was really convenient.

We tried the two tier-tiered cake as a possible wedding cake backup for our daughter’s wedding. It did not disappoint. Wanting to try both flavors, we ordered white cake for the bottom tier and chocolate for the top. The frosting was white buttercream. Appearance and taste were impressive, especially the taste. I am not a cake expert, but I remember thinking after the first couple bites that if we serve this cake, I could see guests lining up for seconds. As to the appearance, we ordered a simple presentation to see if it would allow customizing. It does. There is no doubt in my mind that if this cake were to be served at our daughter’s wedding, no one would ever guess that it came from Sam’s and not from a boutique bakery.

The cake came just as ordered, we wasn't given instructions that cake had to stay in refridgerator or anything like that. The cake was my baby shower and unfortunately, when put out on the dessert table, it started to melt after an hour. However, the design and the flavor was as expected.

I ordered a white cake white icing with a bead border for my granddaughter’s wedding. I added silk flowers at the venue. I was pleased with the quality of the cake and the box made it very safe and secure. It tasted delicious! I felt the price was reasonable and it was easy to order.
