We were so pleased with our cake! We ordered a plain, white, 2 tiered cake for our wedding, and then just decorated it with a cake topper, and some cake topper flowers and garland from Etsy for decoration. First of all the cake is so delicious! It was soft and moist and tasted so good. You would never be able to guess it wasn’t from an expensive bakery. I would definitely order again and recommend anyone looking for a more affordable option for their wedding!

I was pleasantly surprised at how perfect this cake was! It was exactly what I needed. And it was so moist and perfectly sweet. Not too sweet like some cakes are. This was a HUGE cake for an unbeatable price. I had so much leftover after a party with 30+ people.

Bought this for a wedding of 50. It was perfect. We bought it undecorated so we could specialize it ourselves. We bought it on a Thursday evening for the wedding on Saturday. It kept beautifully in the refrigerator. Highly recommend for any small event.

I went in the store to place my order for a retirement themed cake. I didn’t feel as if my vision would be brought to life the way that I wanted it to be. The baker Assured me that I will be satisfied. When I picked up the cake and saw how she worked on it, I was more than happy! It was beautiful and beyond what I thought it could be! Great job for a great price!

I ordered a plain 2-tier cake that I planned to decorate myself. Cake was delicious but there was a major fail in the frosting. Frosting on top was not smooth all over and when I questioned it, the staff member said that's how it comes out when there's no decoration. Not true! With or without decorations, frosting can be smoothed out. Also I could see the plate between the 2 layers because it wasn't covered completely by the frosting. Fortunately I was able to cover it with my decorations. I've ordered this cake before and it was perfectly frosted, making it easy to decorate. This time I had to decorate to fix and cover up.

Since you are only able to place orders online now, the process is so much more complicated. The cake I ordered was not correct. Somehow the questions asked on the order form do not match the info on the cake instructions. I ended up getting a whole pink iced cake when I only needed the borders pink.

The top tier was chocolate and was VERY dry. So dry we just trashed the leftovers. The bottom tier was vanilla and was very good. Not dry at all. The icing was not smooth and I wasn't impressed with their work. I asked for minimal decorations because I was going to add my own decorations. But was still very disappointed in their ability to frost the cake smoothly.

If I could give this no stars I would. This was the worst looking cake I’ve ever seen. The icing was an absolute mess, and the top tier was literally so crooked that anyone would think it was falling off! Plus, don’t be fooled with the nice neat picture when you order. The tops were domed so bad. The picture shows nice clean level tops. What I received was absolute trash. Also, hate that you can’t even order a cake in store, it has to be online. Never again.

Terrible-both cakes we ordered were lopsided . Couldn’t get ahold of the store for replacement and we needed for a wedding the next day. I called the Monday after no answer, called 800# was told store would call me back. Been 2 weeks still nothing. Made social media complaint on FB still no response.

I ordered a plain two tiered cake with piping for a bridal shower, intending to decorate it with fresh flowers. Upon pick up, the employee in the bakery was surly and unfriendly. I requested that she add an inscription which seemed to irritate her further. However, she did comply, I picked up the cake and went home. Upon taking cake out of the box, I was horrified to see that the cake looked like something out of a Dr. Seuss book. It was not centered on the foundation, it wasn’t completely iced all the way around, and the layers were lopsided. It was a disaster! We did our best to hide the imperfections, and decorated it as planned, but it looked ridiculous. In addition, adding insult to injury, the inscription was not what I requested. Whoever filled this order, apparently has absolutely no pride in a job well done. This is all very unfortunate, as the cake is tasty and reasonably priced. But the sloppy presentation and unfriendly customer service are a dealbreaker.
