I loved the way it looked but I was disappointed that it only came in buttercream. I loved it when you had the option of whipped cream or buttercream. The price was reasonable. I guess I got what I paid for!

Cake flavors were good! Presentation was horrible. Asked for a basic white frosting cake beaded boarder. cake was crooked and boarder did not cover imperfections between tiers.

I bought it for a home Reception and everyone loved it. I got it plain and added the flowers myself. It was very fresh and tasted great. The staff in the bakery were very nice when I called to check on the order and also when I picked it up.

I just picked up my cake and drove home. When I got home, I noticed that the cake had broken in half and the birthday sign on top is sliding down. I wanted to let you know and see what can be done to fix this.

If I could give this no stars I would. This was the worst looking cake I've ever seen. The icing was an absolute mess, and the top tier was literally so crooked that anyone would think it was falling off! Plus, don't be fooled with the nice neat picture when you order. The tops were domed so bad. The picture shows nice clean level tops. What I received was absolute trash. Also, hate that you can't even order a cake in store, it has to be online. Never again.

The cake came just as ordered, we wasn't given instructions that cake had to stay in refridgerator or anything like that. The cake was my baby shower and unfortunately, when put out on the dessert table, it started to melt after an hour. However, the design and the flavor was as expected.

It was my grandsons birthday cake we asked if they personalized cakes bakery representative was very attentive wrotoe notes of what we wanted we basically wanted it like the spider man they had but with Captain America. When we picked up cake no spiderman no captain america just a blue with red trimming cake. The cake was not bad tasting ... but you get what you pay for. 🤷‍♀️

The cake was a great deal for the amount of cake and being 2 tiers. As for the details of the cake, it was slightly slanted, some spots had limited icing, and the gold paper around the cake did not sit flat on the cake so it looked like it was lime green.

We ordered a two-tier white cake with plain white frosting from Sam's Club for our son's wedding and decorated it ourselves. The cake was absolutely delicious! So many guests at the reception commented on how good it was and kept asking where we got it from. It was moist, flavorful, and perfect for a wedding cake. We couldn't have been happier with the quality and taste—Sam's Club truly exceeded our expectations.

First time purchasing a cake I usually buy cupcakes which are good but the cake was just as good I got chocolate and vanilla flavors plane white cake as shown in image and I decor myself pick up was easy would definitely be buying my cakes from here in future
