Good flavor, this is a very moist and soft cheese and as such is not good for shredding. But it melts beautifully

Don’t like the flavor or the texture it’s ok if you are using it in Mac and cheese but it for just eating

Perfect cheese, I use it when the mood strikes me. Tacos, grilled cheese sandwiches, cheese crisps, 😋

The cheese isn’t as flavorful as other cheeses, but it’s a good deal. My kids like the mild flavor. But the adults prefer a sharper cheddar.

The flavor was fine; and, it melts fine. However, there was a waxy texture to it. Will not purchase again

Great value for a block of cheese. It slices up nicely and shreds so fresh. The taste is smooth and velvety.

Doesn’t have that creamy cheese texture. I would prefer to have the medium or mild, which Sam’s Club does not carry anymore unfortunately.

I used to buy the slices but with this block I can use it sliced or shredded. Great tasting and excellent for the meal or use of choice.

I like this cheese for its meltiness! Makes a great grilled cheese and fantastic for use in Mexican dishes. Great mild flavor and richness!
