I used to buy the slices but with this block I can use it sliced or shredded. Great tasting and excellent for the meal or use of choice.

I like this cheese for its meltiness! Makes a great grilled cheese and fantastic for use in Mexican dishes. Great mild flavor and richness!

The flavor was fine; and, it melts fine. However, there was a waxy texture to it. Will not purchase again

Good flavor, this is a very moist and soft cheese and as such is not good for shredding. But it melts beautifully

The cheese isn’t as flavorful as other cheeses, but it’s a good deal. My kids like the mild flavor. But the adults prefer a sharper cheddar.

I use this cheese all the time for shredding. It's better than the cheese that is already shredded. Great flavor.

Great value for the money and delicious. I prefer to grate my own cheese so this 2 lb block is just what I need. I can also slice it or cube it.
