I find this cheese has a good consistent quality at a good price. Melts great over or in omelets, great to spread on tacos and burritos.

We have found the Member's Mark brand to be equally tasty to more expensive brands, and generally about half the cost. A great value for the money!

Great value for a block of cheese. It slices up nicely and shreds so fresh. The taste is smooth and velvety.

Don’t like the flavor or the texture it’s ok if you are using it in Mac and cheese but it for just eating

Cheese taste great great tasting cheese krisp Quesadilla and grilled cheese sandwiches. Cheese melts quickly.

This Colby jack is comparable to national brands at a better price point. It melts well and shreds perfectly.

Doesn’t have that creamy cheese texture. I would prefer to have the medium or mild, which Sam’s Club does not carry anymore unfortunately.

Sadly, the quality of Members Mark Brand continues to decrease across all products. This was a preferred item for our family. Now it's lacking in flavor, and "moist" like cheese product instead of dry like good quality cheese. Yet another of our staple items we have stopped buying from Sams Club.

I purchased this cheese several times and was happy with it until today. I opened a new package today and cheese was covered with mold. It was purchased 2-3 ago and kept in fridge. It is September now, expiration date is January 2024. I don't know if I can trust the fresheners of Sam's club products.
