Good value for two pounds of cheese. Colby and cheddar melt very well. Great for chunking for parties. Cheese is another product out pricing itself.

Finally have a block of cheese that isn't shredded yet that isn't tempting for me to eat. At least I got to cut cheese, and have the cheese be cut into different shapes and sizes

This cheese is soft, full of flavor and great on a variety of foods. Our family uses it for quesadillas and for tacos and it’s amazing.

We purchased this and put it in the refrigerator as soon as we got home. The next day when we went to cut it up there was mold all over so we had to throw it away. It was not worth the drive back to the store to return it. Oh well!!

Economical tasty cheese selection

Have bought this cheese for years as it is much more reasonably priced than at the local grocery stores.

This Colby Monterey cheese is a hit. My family loves it. Size is perfect. Nice big block. Good to keep handy in refrigerator, its a staple at our house.

Makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches

This is good cheese, better than other colby/jack cheeses I've had. It melts well, tastes good, and it's a great price. I like to shred this cheese and also the Member's Mark sharp cheddar cheese then use them in combination for foods like quesadillas, tacos, burritos, salads, omelettes or scrambled eggs, etc, And of course, I like to slice it and add to a cheese plate or charcuterie board. I will absolutely buy this again!
