Great value, great taste & consistent quality. I like this size as it keeps better in the fridge. I used to get the larger block but found that from time to time I would run into mold issues. This is slightly more expensive than the larger size but I don’t throw any out!

The Factory processing plant that VACCUM Packs this EXCELLENT CHEESE is not sealing the package properly and is slowly allowing air to get inside the package with the cheese ! Therefore after the package leaves the factory and winds up on the shelf where you and I pick it up to buy it you and I can wiggle the plastic bag it is vacuum packed in and tell the packaging is loose and loosing its vacuum therefore not keeping it fresh in my fridge as long as it used too, GREAT PRODUCT, BUT The factory needs to check their vacuuming packing machine and fix the leaking Sealer part of the machine.

This is good cheese, better than other colby/jack cheeses I've had. It melts well, tastes good, and it's a great price. I like to shred this cheese and also the Member's Mark sharp cheddar cheese then use them in combination for foods like quesadillas, tacos, burritos, salads, omelettes or scrambled eggs, etc, And of course, I like to slice it and add to a cheese plate or charcuterie board. I will absolutely buy this again!
