This Colby Monterey cheese is a hit. My family loves it. Size is perfect. Nice big block. Good to keep handy in refrigerator, its a staple at our house.

Can’t beat this cheese for the price. Even though you need to shred or slice it yourself, it tastes good and melts smooth. My family make quesadillas with it mainly. Sometimes shredded on baked potatoes.

Shredded cheese has potato starch to keep the cheese from sticking together. I am on a keto diet and don't want the starch in my diet. I buy this block of cheese and shred it in my food processor. It's also a great value.

I started buying the block cheese because I read somewhere that it has less preservatives than pre-shredded cheese. It has worked out well and it’s cheaper too. Would recommend.

I have purchased this item twice, both times to take to a party. I am not a big fan of colby or jack cheeses but I felt the combination would be a great addition to a cheese platter I was preparing. The price is very good.

This is a great cheese for soups, just slices on a cracker, melted on an English muffin. We use it for every recipe asking for cheese unless it requires sharp cheese
