Cut into cheese andbthere was a long hair inside. It was in the middle and inside the cheese, had to have occurred at the factory. So disgusted threw it in garbage. Will never buy members mark cheese again.

This cheese crumbled apart when I would grade it. I have normally only had this happen if the cheese was frozen prior. I didn't freeze it so it should've been fine.

Great amount for the price. I have three kids and make a lot of homemade meals. This block gets me through the entire week. I shred it all and make it easier for my family to access it. My family loves it.

Can’t beat this cheese for the price. Even though you need to shred or slice it yourself, it tastes good and melts smooth. My family make quesadillas with it mainly. Sometimes shredded on baked potatoes.

This is a great cheese for soups, just slices on a cracker, melted on an English muffin. We use it for every recipe asking for cheese unless it requires sharp cheese

I love this cheese, eat it almost every day. Far creamier than other brands I've bought in the past and Colby Jack is always a favorite with everyone!

I have purchased this item twice, both times to take to a party. I am not a big fan of colby or jack cheeses but I felt the combination would be a great addition to a cheese platter I was preparing. The price is very good.

We keep this on hand for a quick small meal along with fruit and chips/crackers. Even for a quick pick-me-up when we want to eat something of substance. Also great for grilled cheese sandwiches (sour dough bread!).

Shredded cheese has potato starch to keep the cheese from sticking together. I am on a keto diet and don't want the starch in my diet. I buy this block of cheese and shred it in my food processor. It's also a great value.
