Really good quality, fresh and great for anything cheesy! Grilled cheese, sliced for sandwich or crackers, cubed used in casseroles, shred yourself. The price is great for a 2-pound block and the flavor is mild and buttery for an easy melt! This is one that kids like a lot with the milder flavor of 2 cheeses.

Not much for flavor, mediocre at best!

This Colby jack is comparable to national brands at a better price point. It melts well and shreds perfectly.
