Although I've only used it once, assembly was easy and using it was easy. Washed the cleaning pads as directed and no problem. Only thing that would make this better would be cordless...but would cost more than I need to spend.

I love it.I have hardwood floors through my whole house.And I even got the solution to make it smell better and I love it.It looks like i've got brand new floors and I have two dogs , big dogs. so Thank you bissell.

So low powered, it’s like using an Easy Bake oven to cook (for those that remember what that is.) Took 30 minutes to kind of clean 6 square feet of tile. Returning it.

We have tile in our house. We also have 3 dogs, 2 cats and 3 boys!! So our floors are always taking a huge beating.. I absolutely love this steamer! I vacuum before I steam and it has helped get tough stains out with a breeze!

Machine works fine but its distinct lack of ability to clean corners is so poor. I watched a ton of reviews and no one addressed this basic issue, and until I tried it out , it didn’t even cross my mind.

I had to return it, after doing almost half of the kitchen it stopped working. Did everything the directions recommended and it still couldn’t finish the job. It was a disappointment

It quit working after 20 minutes. I turned it off and unplugged it and start again. Again, nothing. I finally took it back to Sam’s and got a refund. Very frustrating!

Very easy to use. It works great on my tile floors and takes out stuck on spills. The water canister is a good size I can get 1-2 full cleans of my studio apt. It also leaves a fresh scent just with the water. Love it so much over regular mopping. The floor also dries twice as fast since it used less water

This is a easy to use "steam" mop, and I bought it on sale. We have tile floors, and they are not easy to keep clean with a dog. Overall, I am pleased with the spin mop. It was a little bit of a challenge to assemble it due mainly to the instructions being very short. It came with a total of 4 mop heads, which is good. I would suggest that your floors be wet mopped and allowed to dry immediately before using this mop because the pads become very dirty quickly is the floor is not pre-mopped. As I said, overall I am quite pleased with the tool, and will know more based on its longevity.
