I used it for about 30 minutes before it broke. Steam started coming out of the top. That being said returning it to Bissell was easy.

It was missing the large screw that holds it together and the handle had a small Crack in it, so I returned it.

One of my favorite steam mops. It is easy to use, heats up quickly and sanitizes large areas. The only downside to this is that it doesn't quite fit the hard to reach places.

I wanted to like this, but it was hard to control. About 2 weeks after I bought it, it stopped working. Thankfully, Walmart was awesome and took it back. I went to a standard steam mop and I’m happy with it.

Started using it today and it was magical. Deep cleaned left no residue and cleaned up previous residue. I've not stopped talking about it.

Does what it was designed to do. would suggest using it on Tile only. Use non-rotating models on wood floors.

It quit working after 20 minutes. I turned it off and unplugged it and start again. Again, nothing. I finally took it back to Sam’s and got a refund. Very frustrating!

I had to return it, after doing almost half of the kitchen it stopped working. Did everything the directions recommended and it still couldn’t finish the job. It was a disappointment

So low powered, it’s like using an Easy Bake oven to cook (for those that remember what that is.) Took 30 minutes to kind of clean 6 square feet of tile. Returning it.

I already used it first time and it worked like a charm. My laminate floor were never this clean before. Also the pads are easy to wash and they carry grime for your entire house without needing to change.
